What a friendly Courteous hotel, that makes you feel welcome and work hard to make you stay to be as comfortable and enjoyable as possible. We ended up moving to Cancun, thru their good advice and now have new good friends. I recommend this majestic place, to anyone with their wonderful staff!
All the staff were so friendly and helpful, the door man was able to tell us where to go and how to get there and the front desk were always there to help too. The rooms and pool were spotless. quiet spot and we had a very relaxing stay. Breakfast buffet was great too!
We stayed for 4 nights and was quite good, the restaurant have a very nice staff and good service, but not many choices to eat, the pool is nice but I think they can clean it more often at weekends. Is far from the beach but have a lot of little places around at walking distance. I recommend to get a map if you are gonna walk around because is too easy to get lost!
an slitghly more than just ok hotel to spend one nigth. I just stayed a few hours so basically I dont really know if it is enougth to suggest this one. Just some hairs on the towel are not really appealing but I always carry my own towels so. I saw the pool and it was nice.
Visited Isla Mujeres for a week ... have flown into Cancun several times but have never stayed in Cancun . Decided to come back a day early to check this area out. Leaving the island we left in rain and arrived in Cancun in rain so this meant that we won't be walking the beach :( Took a taxi from the boat pair and arrived at Adhara Hacienda in the rain. Greeted by a couple gentleman who took our luggage… Check in was quick and easy everyone was super friendly. We were in 331… Our balcony was located in the center court area with a pool view.. but no sunshine :( Love the style of the hotel and the room was comfortable.. settled in and we decided to head to the mall. Ask the concierge to call us a taxi ...But what was wonderful they told us to hop into the hotels van and they gave us a ride there .. kudos to you!! I believe this van was probably use to transfer people back-and-forth to and from the beach which they did offer this but we decided against it with the weather. After returning from the mall ..daughter decided to spend some time in the room and I wanted to go for a walk and look for some ice cream and the rain had stoped. Watch some TV and then decide it was time settle in and head to bed the only really downfall of the "room" the pillows are absolutely horrible :( I finally fell asleep about midnight… And the person that was staying on the floor above us decided to run around with high heels on for at least a good hour+ ... I think they hit every inch of that floor with those heels ...do people not get it 😡. I know I should've called the front desk I just kept on thinking that they would be smart enough to take off the heels when it's that time of the night. Woke up about 7 o'clock jump in the shower and headed down for breakfast.. The hotel has a restaurant and they offered a breakfast buffet .. waiter was very pleasant and friendly ...many options and was good ..if I'm thinking right it was about US$12 a person. The Concierge called a taxi for us and we are off to the airport.. Would definitely stay here again ..but new pillow please ... and. The front desk would definitely be getting a call if a person had high hills above me at that time of the night . Thank you for your hospitality ..
We stayed one night in this hotel after arriving to cancun before moving on to our other hotel in the zona hotelera. The rooms are clean, spacious and well appointed. The restaurant serves good food and all the staff are polite and friendly. Free wi-fi is included. We went for a wander around close to the hotel, got distracted and nearley missed our checkout time. In our rush to checkout we left an envelope containing a large portion of our spending money. When we realised later in the day we called the hotel. The staff went and found our money and kept it safe for us until we could return and get it. We got it all back! Cant recommend this place highly enough! The service is even better than our more expensive hotel in the zona hotelera!
and Adhara Hacienda was perfect for it! We only had the pleasure of staying here one night - late flight into Cancun and didn't want to drive to Chichen Itza at night, but didn't want the hassle (or price) of the Hotel Zone. Nice, safe & quiet part of downtown Cancun, very clean, modern, stylish hotel but still has an individual character. Beautiful pool, complete with swim-up bar. Breakfast buffet was excellent, not a typical buffet of eggs, bacon, sausage but absolutely delicious Yucatan dishes, plenty of truly fresh tropical fruit ("American" breakfast foods are available as well, if you're not that adventurous). I can not say enough good things about the staff - everyone was very friendly & helpful. I couldn't remember if I booked the room with the breakfast buffet or not, so when presented with the bill we went ahead & paid it - not something we were really worried about, but about 5 minutes after we got back to our room one of the staff knocked at the door to return our money and apologizing profusely for not realizing we had booked the meal plan as well. If you're staying in Cancun for a night or a week, and don't want the "party" atmosphere or price of the Hotel Zone, this is the place! and I think they offer a free shuttle if you do want some beach time
We spent a fortnight at the Adhara Hacienda in downtown Cancún and I cannot recommend it enough, the hotel is clean, tidy and well kept, the staff are extremely friendly and cannot do enough for you. The breakfast is also very good and the restaurant food is tasty with large portions. The hotel has a free shuttle bus which will take you to the hotels private beach and also drop you off anywhere within five kilometres, all you have to do is book a place for the beach or a pick up time if you want dropping off anywhere else. The hotel taxi will not pick you up but normal taxi's are OK but a bit daunting at first as you will have to haggle but I recommend that when you ask for your hotel mention that the hotel was previously called The Radisson as there may be confusion because I believe there another hotel called the Adhara. It is only a short walk to the bus station and just behind the bus station there are lots of restaurants. Unless you are going all inclusive and want one of the super plush hotels on the strip the Adhara Hacienda ticks all the boxes especially as all the food and drink is nearly three times as much on the strip.
My boyfriend and me stayed at the hotel for 6 nights. The breakfast was great: fresh fruit, juices, eggs, bacon, mexican food, cereal, pastries... You can order also omelette, tacos, pancakes, waffles, at no extra cost. The room was clean and the bed was King size. The pillows were a little hard but they had an extra soft one at the closet. The swimming pool was clean and you can use it until 10pm. I love swimming night time! They have a special agreement with Mandala Beach Club. You can call the reception and book it for free; they drive you and pick you up at certain times. You can book Xcaret trips at the hotel if you want to visit Chichén Itzá, waterparks, cenotes, Tulum, etc. They pick you up at the hotel in the morning and drop you off when is over. I had a ball at that hotel. I really recommend it if you don't want the "all inclusive". I recommend to try the tacos at "los coapeñitos", 3minutes walk from the hotel. The best tacos I have ever tried.
I recently stayed here with a friend, we initially had it booked for 5 days but were so happy with its position and staff we stayed for another week. The hotel is situated just a little journey away from hotel zonera which has all the best beaches and nightlife. They have taxi's waiting outside and the staff help you speak to them so that they get you to the place for a better price. The hotel offers day trips to some of the awesome parks or ruins. I went to XELHA and XPLOR both amazing fun, all you can eat and drink all day (including alcohol) pick up from your hotel and then dropped off at your hotel at the end of the day. The pool is a beautiful sun trap, the bar is in the pool as well so you don't have to choose between swimming and getting some refreshment. The rooms are very tidy and have a lovely balcony facing the pool. The A/C is very good for those days where it's really hot. The breakfast is 220 pesos each but an all you can eat, with hot dishes and fresh fruit. Overall a really nice stay in a great place.
