Ideal hotel in Downtown Cancun

The check in process was smooth, for the most part. The staff were friendly and very helpful. The pizza at the pool bar can be improved. The roast beef sandwich was great tasting. On a personal level, I would have appreciated the breakfast restaurant staff, showing a bit more kindness and consideration to my elderly mother-in-law. She wanted to take a few pastries up to her room but was denied, with the explanation that it was only for the buffet. We had just left another hotel where she was able to take pastries from the restaurant. Apart from that, the hotel was ideal, within walking distance to the Ado bus terminal.

Nice place.

Our hotel stay was comfortable and enjoyable. The breakfast was excellent, the pool was clean and towels readily available. We wish there was a lobby bar and airport transfers. Otherwise, we enjoyed our stay immensely.

We have stayed here several times and have enjoyed it each time. Beds were great, ac worked well, bathrooms were up to date. Our room had a balcony looking at the pool which was amazing. The breakfast showcased fresh and yummy food. I am a very picky eater and my husband eats everything but we were both happily surprised. Mini fridge in the room.
