Wasn’t worth paying double the price of other hotels in the area. Very little public and lobby area. Room amenities were sparse. Just not a very good deal.
Modern and very clean Tub was very slow to drain the shower water ( gross) and door to bathroom was very creaky.
The property was nice and clean. I did not like that once we checked in, there was a sign posted about the pool being closed. When i asked about it, the yound lady did not apologize, she just told me it would'nt be accessible until 2 days from when we checked in and we were checking out the next day.
The pool and patio area.. And breakfast as well. I enjoyed my stay for the most part.. I wo7ld go back again

We just stayed one night. The hotel is nice and clean. Staff friendly. Short stay but would definitely come back to enjoy the amenities there.
The Hotel was beautiful but the front desk person was being rude. We got there around 1 something and he said to give him about 15 mins for the room. We went to eat and came back in an hour and he was being rude stating the rooms are not yet ready but regardless check in is at 3 PM. We waiting until 3 and the rooms were not yet ready until like 3:15 PM. No free breakfast or anything. Beside it the room was very nice.
Hotel Manager made me wait at the check in while he finished paperwork at 11PM at night. Booked and paid for King room was not available as requested (this is the second time in a row at this hotel) Received a handicap accessible room with double beds. You book at this hotel and they never have the accomodations you requested
The carpet in the room was filthy and the bathroom floor was far from clean. The tub drain was slow and the problem was reported to the front desk. The front desk reported the problem to the maintenance staff. They fixed the drain problem, but put the Do Not Disturb sign on the door to flush the drain after the chemical treatment and forgot to take the sign off. Needless to say, our room was not made up. The homefries at breakfast were awful and the ordering process was confusing. No cookies on Friday night. Comforters are too heavy for summer. Provide blankets so guests don't freeze to death through the air conditioning.
The only thing I didn't like was check in; it took more than 2 hours.
Good Location for our activities. No one cleaned our room while out. At checkout, the person only said that he was sorry - no compensation or that the housekeeping supervisor would be notified.
