We really enjoyed our stay here. The house was wonderful, however there were dirty dishes in the cabinets, the pool was dirty. There were some damages already to the house that we didn't do but that still didn't take away from the beauty of the house and our enjoyment. This was our first full family vacation and this was the house that we chose and we couldn't all agree more that the house was absolutely the best thing that we could have done. The elevator came in handy with my mom being handicapped. The house was so spacious that we weren't feeling like we were on top of each other. Overall or stay here was great! We would definitely stay here again. Also the location to the beach was very nice.

Celebration of life get together

The pool/slide was not functional and filthy which was the main reason we chose this place. Also the hot tub was non functional and filthy. I called AMI the day prior to checking in and was reassured that the pool was heated AND and it was NOT!The house was wonderful but bedding was not provided for sleeping 16 people . (Advertised to sleep 18). Will rate the service a 3 and would like to be compensated for lack of pool access. Thank you and hope to hear back from you soon.

Great location, amazing views

The location is perfect. Within walking distance of restauants, shops, beaches and a quick, easy walk to the free island trolley! We were a family of 11, adults and kids, and had plenty of room. The rooftop deck offered amazing sunrises and sunsets and the bedroom balconies have beautiful views. We had a great time.The property needs some attention, though. Providing a broom at an island getaway would go a long way, as people are constantly coming off of the beach. The pool/spa heater wasn't working. Someone came to look at it and said we could have the pool heated or the spa, but not both, as it was broken. We chose the pool so the kids could have fun and were told someone would be out the next day to fix it. No one ever showed. That was on day 2 of 7. We never even got to use the spa. We were also told they service the pool twice a week. Someone called to say they'd be there one afternoon. Again, no one ever came. Additionally, the furniture in the main living space is incredibly dirty and stained. Thankfully the weather was amazing and we got to spend a lot of time at the beach. We didnt know what we'd get mid-December.Having a garbage and refrigerator on the patio or lower level is needed. It was hard to grill out on the patio when the kitchen is on the third floor and you have to haul everything back and forth. Of course, we also understand we were there shortly after the island opened back up from the hurricanes, so it's possible they may have been there before.

Work group friends trip

Great house, enough space for each person to have their own space! The private balcony out of the rooms are amazing, as well as the roof top deck! Great house for a large group. We had to fill the hot tub up a couple time because it was draining (not sure where it drained), but was still nice. Water slide is a lot of fun too!

Multiple Family vacation.

Everyone enjoyed the house and location. The pool and waterslide was a hit with the kids. The rooftop deck was nice and we were able to view a few space launches. We would definitely recommend this home for large family or friend vacation.

Graduation Getaway

We had an amazing time at this beautiful home. There were several thing that needed attention. Not enough towels for the house, some rooms only had 1 towel. There were no kitchen towels, pot holders or measuring spoons to cook with when I went to cook, which is super annoying! I had to go to store to get them because it took them so long to get them to me. The lights in the grotto of the pool didn't work, we called several times and it was never fixed, It made the pool area very dark in the evenings. The fridge downstairs kept flipping the breaker and our fruit went bad. The elevator is very temperamental and we would have to flip it off and on and mess with it to get it to work, which made it hard for my Mom who can't go up and down steps. There also was a huge palm limb that hang right down in front of our chairs while sitting at the pool (they never came to cut it). The house is beautiful, with some attention to detail it could be perfect but for what it cost it should be top notch

Fantastic

We stayed with 5 families and young children (10 kids under 4) and had the best weekend. The location couldn’t have been better for running back and forth to the beach, and the kids and adults loved the spacious house and pool/backyard. Everyone was very comfortable and had a great stay! Awesome beach vacay

We had 6 families traveling together and we throughly enjoyed our stay. The location was perfect. Easy walk to the beach! The teenagers loved walking down to the ice cream shop at night. Plenty of room and bathrooms for everyone to have their own space.

Views were amazing

The rooftop was definitely the place to be for sunrise and sunset and a warm beautiful breeze. The house was very comfortable with beautiful bedrooms and decks. The grandkids had an amazing time at the pool with the slide. A few glitches along the way with a spa Jets not working, waterfall cave did not light up as the picture showed, the bikes in the garage had flat tires and the door knobs leading out to the deck were very loose and troublesome for the children to manage. All in all the place was amazing and we had a blast between the pool and the beach. We would definitely rent there again.

Awesome house with great location!

The house is in an excellent location for beach access and restaurant selection. The floors needed to be mopped. My grandchildren's socks were black on the bottom from walking around the house! The kitchen is not well equipped for people who wish to eat in. The room size was excellent and the pool was a hit with the grandchildren.

Great stay !

We stayed here for my birthday with a group of 15 people and the property was perfect for us. Super spacious, clean and great communication with property managers. Ping pong, mini golf, bbq and more. Few things to note : you’ll need to purchase paper towels as there was only one, the elevator is tricky to figure out and takes a long time. The kitchen and living room is on the third floor so there’s a lot of stairs. But overall amazing stay walking distance to the beach.

Great location

Our group of 10 ranged in age from 1 to 90. We selected this property because of the elevator, proximity to the beach, and the pool. When we arrived, the elevator was stuck on the 3rd floor, and my 90 year old grandmother with stage 4 cancer was on the ground level. The gate had been left open on the 3rd floor by the cleaning crew or previous guests. I sent a text message to the property manager asking for the elevator key at 4:30 the afternoon of our arrival. We had watched the YouTube tutorials that had been emailed to us, so we were confident that it would be a simple fix. He was quick to respond. He said they'd send a maintenance worker the following day to check on the issue because they don't leave an elevator key in the house for guests to use. After helping my grandma to the second floor and seeing how winded she was, we knew getting her to dining room on the third floor wasn't worth risking her health. We found a coat hanger in the closet, bent it to the shape of the elevator key from the video, and lifted the button so that we could open the 3rd floor door and shut the gate. It took us longer to scoot the chair to the key hole than it took us to open the door and close the gate. I never attempted to reach out to the property manager after that. You could tell customer service was not a priority. I understand that if we had needed the elevator as a matter of simple convenience to move luggage that there was no rush for him to send someone that night, but that wasn't the case. He was aware that there was a 90 year old in need of the elevator from our text conversation. That was a poor start to our vacation, but the rest of the stay was smooth. The location is an excellent spot for families of all ages. The beach, numerous restaurants, mini-golf, and shopping are all within walking distance. The slide and pool are great for kids and were kept up well. You could see the water from the decks. The house was in rougher shape than other rentals we've stayed at in the past. It could use a few days off so that they can do a deep cleaning and minor maintenance. If you want to use one of the bicycles on-site, bring a pump. All of ones in the garage have flat tires. All of the shelves in the kitchen fridge are broken or missing. The fridge in the garage doesn't work and the shelves from that fridge are not compatible with the upstairs fridge. Save yourself the time, we tried it. All in all, the location makes up for the minor short comings.

Great house that’s close to everything!

We had an amazing vacation with friends! This house was an easy walk to the beach, restaurants, shopping and mini golf. The kids LOVED the pool so much. It was cleaned regularly and stocked with some rafts. Our only complaints were that the kitchen needed more pots, pans and cooking utensils, only some burners worked well on the stovetop and there were minimal bath towels, wash rags and hand towels. We had to wash them often! A bathroom by the pool would be awesome. The staff with AMI was awesome with communication! We would book this house again hands down!

Collage grad family fun

Overall the property was just as expected. Grand daughter graduating collage and used house for family gathering. Very close to the beach, lots of stuff close very walkable to restaurants, stores , shopping, grocery store all close by. Elevator didn't work upon arrival so getting stuff in was tuff and unexpected but things happen. Overall we had a good sized group and plenty of room for everyone. Highly recommend.

Beautiful home and great location

The home was large and spacious. Very clean. The home is in a great location. It's a short walk to the beach and several restaurants and bars. We rented golf carts which made it easier to get around the island than the large van we had. The home has a lot of steps. There is an elevator in the home. There is no bathroom on the pool level, which is not convient when hanging at the pool. The hot water tank is not nearly large enough to support the amount of showers being taken in a home this large. I did enjoy the home and the Anna Maria area and would rent again.

An Amazing Property!!

From the moment we drove up to our Tropical Hideaway and walked through it we were mesmerized by the beauty and elegance of it! My husband and I took our son and 2 daughters and their families for a weeklong dream vacation in Anna Maria Island, Florida to celebrate Christmas early. There were 16 of us and this house was absolutely perfect. Someone had reviewed that the mattresses were bad but we had all new mattresses which were amazing! We could not have asked for a more beautiful home and setting for our family getaway! Thank you so very much and we will be back!!

Beds ALL were uncomfortable and noisy. Every other thing about the house was wonderful. Great pool!!!

Family Vacation!

We throughly enjoyed our stay in Anna Maria Island! The house is in the perfect location.... great views of the sunset, close to the downtown area and right across the street from the beach. Great for large parties as there is plenty of room and we never felt on top of one another. We do wish that the mattresses were more comfortable and not so loud. They were extremely squeaky. As much as we loved the spacious house we would not rent again unless they were replaced. The garage fridge did not work and with the house being so large we felt it was necessary that it have two working fridges. We also had issues with the hot tub but the property manager had someone come out in a timely fashion and fix it but it did stop working the next day. The slide was huge hit with our kids! We do recommend this house but feel there are a few things that need to be upgraded for the price you pay.
