Room was dusty (including solid layer on bathroom lights and grab bars), hair on the bathroom floor, splatter on the bathroom ceiling and mildew and toothpaste splatter under the faucet. One bathroom lightbulb was out. ADA seat for bathtub was dingy. Placement of the coffee maker only works for 6-foot and over. ADA room was at the opposite end of the hall from the elevator—that makes no sense. A person with a disability may have difficulty with that “commute”. In addition, the ADA room was a building away from the breakfast area, so had to drive to breakfast. Positive note: Staff were friendly. Breakfast was decent—cold items + self-serve waffles, scrambled eggs, etc. The facility appears to have recent upgrades in interior doors, carpet and bathroom fixtures, but the beds were not very comfortable.
