Day staff were very helpful and friendly! Night staff was were rude. Excellent facility and amenities. The room was very clean and comfortable! Enjoyed the pool and hot tub. Definitely a great value!

Was only complaint is the breakfast available for people leaving early. Why not have the option for them to get a bagel with cream cheese going? Plus the muffins that you have now, a variety of power and/or energy bars and enough for people that they cane take two of things if they want to. You have gone up in price more than 200 percent since this hotel first opened, but at that time we had better breakfast options for the early birds than now. Also, why not institute a membership? I stay at this hotel a lot and that would really be an asset for us guests. Thank you.
