The view is stunning, especially the mountain view rooms. The rooms are comfortable and clean. The staff is friendly and does everything it can to make your stay enjoyable. We were a large group for a few dinners and they did everything they could to accommodate us. The breakfast buffet was quite filling. I would only ask that hey add a "toast station" with different breads, jams etc. so guests don't have to ask for it.

We thought the room was very comfortable and had the magnificent view out our sliding glass door of the Mission Mountain Range. We enjoyed watching the birds fly around and the swans swim on the pond outside our door. We of course ate our complimentary breakfast at the on site dining which we enjoyed very much and also dine in the bar with a large group dinner in the restaurant. Even though the restaurant crew were short handed, they stepped up to the plate and provided us great food and drinks. My only complaint is that the room had a musty odor to it. Since we usually don’t have maids come during our stays, I asked the maid if she was able to spray some freshener. It helped only a short while. She said that she was familiar with the odor in our room and that that steps had been taken in the past to eliminate it but to no avail.

I spent the night prior to my future daughter in law's bridal shower. Ninepipes exceeded all my expectations! The rooms were clean and updated. The breakfast buffet, delicious! And they were to accommodating for the shower. The appetizers were fabulous and the banquet room was the ideal place to gather!

The staff at the front desk went out of her way to make me and my whole crew feel welcomed and made sure we all got a breakfast burrito, even though we were leaving earlier than breakfast would have been served. ( which by the way were excellent.)

Unfortunate

Staff was friendly. Breakfast included, though limited options, always appreciated. The room was large and somewhat outdated but very doable. Reasons for poor rating; strong odor of pets(?) though hard surface floors, running the fan caused allergic reaction eyes/throat. Had to keep windows open, our room faced the Highway, we heard traffic all night, stained bedding and hair.

Tv was confusing to operate. Shower could use safety mat or even safety handle.meat at buffet breakfast was really greasy. Otherwise it was great.we choose this place everytime we are in the area.beautiful view of the mountains. Peaceful and quiet.

Reservation gone bad!!

We were so looking forward to staying in this motel! But circumstances in the family made it impossible to be there. We reached out to your company but it wasn't possible to cancel! 😕 I called the motel to let them know we couldn't make it. These things happen and I guess it's too bad so sad! Wish it could be different!!

Did not like the smokers area right next to our balcony area; also the cigarette butt "disposal container" was broken and all the butts were on the ground under it.
