I reserved a specific “pet friendly” room for $95. When I checked in I was arbitrarily charged a $50 pet fee. Really? 50% of the room cost! Strange marketing strategy. I could see a fee like that at say a Four Seasons or Marriott, but this little hotel is more like the res daycare center. Not worthy of the resort status they advertise. Never going back

2nd stay at the property during our trip! Just as good as the first!! Very nice, clean, comfy room with a great view!

Super comfy bed, beautiful lake view, and wonderful rain shower!!

Wonderful outdoor area at the marina, with live music. Very relaxing!

Beautiful setting on the shore of Flathead Lake. Unfortunately, the entire lobby smells like cigarette smoke.

Everything was awesone except for the cigarette smoke in the lobby and halls. Kinda reeked the place out

Excellent location! Wouldn’t advise the spaghetti dinner! It’s serves with fettuccini noodles not spaghetti noodles. Sauce was paste not very good at all. Breakfast was good though.

Really nice hotel. Beautiful grounds on the lake. Friendly staff. Very good rates for rooms. Food and drinks amazing affordable. Pet friendly. Deals on lift tickets if your staying

I really enjoyed my stay. I'm not a gambler, or smoker, so I was a bit hesitant after reading the reviews, but either the Resort really changed things around, or the reviews were a bit exaggerated. The Resort was very clean. The rooms were clean (I checked 3 of them, one on each level, prior to picking one) and they smelled good. The lobby did smell a bit like cigarette smoke, but the casino is right there, so that's unavoidable. I didn't eat at the Resort, so I can't comment on the food or service. There was a wedding reception during my stay and at about 1 am, the party seemed to move into the room adjacent to mine. I called the front desk and within minutes, Security took care of the issue. It was fantastic. I didn't use the pool, but I did check it out. Both the pool and hot tub looked to be in great condition and the water was crystal clear. It's a great Resort with a beautiful location. I would definitely stay there again.

Our room was nice, but our friend’s rooms had stains and didn’t feel as clean as it needed to be. The staff was very friendly and helpful.

My husband and I celebrated our 8th year anniversary so we decided on a mini getaway to KwaTaqNuk. Our room & bathroom was beautiful and clean! I was very pleased. I was surprised to see we had a patio with a little table and chairs! We left the door open so we could hear the water breaking and seagulls flying over. I did not get a chance to try the restaurant or casino but the smoke smell was a bit too much for us. That was the only negative part but overall this hotel was great! I can’t wait to visit again!

The staff was excellent, the facility was very clean and well maintained, the restaurant was quick, food was delicious and the bed was comfortable. Best sleep I have had in months!

Dinner was not good, prime rib was cold an red dipping sauce that goes with shrimp was runny, After that the stay was nice.

The hotel was on the water, which was nice, w a door opening to a small patio w 2 chairs and a table. The pool and hot tub were closed, and they advertised The Shadow dinner cruises everywhere. When I inquired about taking either an evening dinner cruise, or Sunday Brunch, I was informed they were both cancelled. We chose this hotel for that reason. No room maid service. We left at 9am, returning at 5pm to see noone had given us new towels, or made beds. When asked at the front desk, they said they were short staffed. It was not worth the $200 a night we paid. The rm itself was nice, but the rest was disappointing.

The staff went over and above for us. We had a late check in and the staff couldn't have been more helpful. The Wedding Reception was wonderful and the Indian Taco Buffet terrific!!!

We picked this hotel because of the location and it had a pool for our granddaughter. The pool was closed for maintenance during the height of the season??? Also, service in the restaurant was very poor. We do not feel we got value for the price paid.

Overall the stay was good. As a non-smoker the hotel wreaked of smoke from the casino. We did not utilize the casino as the stench was too over-bearing. The staff did not smile much or in passing they did not greet us. Hotel graciousness would have been nice. The check-in desk clerk was quick but when we asked what the special was for supper, she didn't know. Our room was clean and welcoming. The breakfast buffet was tasty and filling. We wanted prime rib for supper but that night the hotel kitchen fellow informed us they took it off the menu that night. Normally they serve it Friday & Saturday. We found a great restuarant two blocks away that served an AMAZING prime rib, 101 Main Street Restaurant. We enjoyed sitting outside on the patio during the evening. Very calm and relaxing.

Just need some management. Restaurant not able to serve because of lack of employees. Local party spot left trash everywhere including in our truck in the parking lot.

The hotel was wonderful they are still doing some renovations but was not any problems. The staff was very friendly always asking how our stay was. The only thing wish the continental breakfast was a little large with options. Will return in the future for sure!!!
