Good Place to stay

The site was maintained and very well located for shopping, food and transportation.

I arrived after to my room after midnight and immediately went to bed. In the middle of the night I got up to use the bathroom and found a pile of used bath towels on the floor and the garbage can on the counter. I enjoyed the room style and the room in general so I would stay again but I do expect my next night to be free and I would like an apology. I think in these times the last thing a person wants to walk in on, let alone sleep in, is an uncleaned room, in particular the bathroom.

Pros:Nice new hotel; good price; clean, sanitized; friendly staff, especially Iris. Good location. Cons: the water was a problem; seems they have “hard” water which gives you a sticky feeling no matter how much you try to rub it off. Then it gets worse when you get in the shower as the tub gets extremely slippery due to the hard water; add to that the lack of any safety bars to hold onto and you have an accident waiting to happen. We had to be extremely careful while showering and stepping out of the shower. Really risky for seniors.

I didn't understand other customers' ratings. At first, I was hesitant to stay here because of the reviews. It is a little peculiar that they provide a nice kitchen but not utensils, however, I can also understand why. Their very willing to give you what you need in terms of cups, forks, etc. It's about a 40 minute drive to Glacier National Park from here, which is why it's probably so cheap, but about 20 minutes from Whitefish and Columbia Falls (if you're wanting to try local restaurants but don't want to make the drive back to GNP). The man that checked me in (not sure of name but he had tattoos) was super sweet along with another guy who works there. All in all, I really enjoyed my stay. It's one of the nicer hotels I've ever stayed in. The pillows and beds are super comfortable and the place is very clean all in all. It also helps that, if you do need anything, Walmart and Target are only a couple of minutes away.

I wish we would have known the kitchens did not come stocked with anything but a toaster. We ended up having to buy stuff to cook for the week

MY husband and I stayed 5 nights here during our Montana stay and we loved it. It was super clean, quiet and had everything we needed! The front desk staff were so happy, caring and wonderful. No complaints at all!

Nice place with friendly staff. Nicer room than I had anticipated with full size fridge and microwave.

First time staying at this brand. Very impressed overall. The front desk rep, Andrew, was very nice, professional and knowledgeable. The room was very clean and fresh. Will stay at this property again if in the area.

Very clean, helpful staff, kitchen was great to have but no utensils or plates

Well equipped rooms, comfortable and clean. No complimentary breakfast, but coffee and kitchenette in rooms. Easy check in.

It was a long stay hotel so no food bar available, but very pleasant. Plenty of restaurants nearby.

I had a really good time here, the hotel is clean, the beds are comfortable, the staff was very nice and it is located in a perfect area. Costco and Walmart are less than 5 minutes away which is great!

Kurt, As we discussed on the phone, my sincere apologies this happened. It is completely unacceptable on our end and we will be retraining our desk team. We look forward to welcoming you back soon. Thanks again for your understanding and your repeat business.

KH, We sincerely appreciate the review and comments. We are so happy you enjoyed the hotel and our COVID-19 measures. We do have a large water softener on property, so our water is now soft which could be the different feeling after showering. Thank you again for the information and for your business!
