Beds were on the hard side, pool was warmer than most, but has a dangerous bottom step/slope. Hot tub was shallow and not overly warm.

If you want sleep this is not the place for you. Paper thin walls so you hear all the children running up and down the halls, the elevator dinging, and people.screaming at each other in the parking lot. That aside the beds is nice.

The 1st room they put me in the floor was not cleaned as it has the rose pedals on floor and blankets was in desperate need of washing. They moved me and again the floor had not been cleaned, there was hay and a lot of filth but worse when I went to the restroom a tiny glare caught my eye. When I looked closer it was broke glass from some type of pipe and another piece! I am just glad I used the room and was able to clean the floor to avoid a child stepping on it or something. If sweeping those big room seems to much vacuums work amazing. I have a video I meant to email to GM but left the card behind

Staff were friendly, room i had requested online was downstairs and got there i was second floor it would cost over 25.00 plus tax a night to switch never mind. I had needed a room that i could just take care of my disabled mom in we were there because of a family emergency. The toilet was like sitting on the floor even for me wow those could use an upgrade. The beds were really hard rocks to try and sleep on. Breakfast was the same stuff you find at any hotel nothing stood out. Would i stay here again no reason being lack of sleep due to the hard bed.

Room was a little dirty. First room we found a bug not sure if it was a giant bed bug or a cockroach. We did take it to the front desk the lady was very apologetic and put us in a different room. The second room there was old candy between the bed and night stand (not ours). We have stayed here multiple times before and it was always very clean.
