Only thing I think I would change would be making mattresses a bit firmer. Other than that out stay was wonderful. Staff were friendly and facilities were clean.

I like how helpful the staff was there wasnt anything i did not like

liked: country theme, friendly staff didn’t like: room smelled like smoke

Liked the western decor, nice room. Staff was helpful and accomodating, breakfast was good.

Like the rustic charm. Not impressed with the rope hand railed. It moves and sways. Not good for a handicap people for steadiness. Maintenance & housekeeping really needs to go throughout each room deep clean. Plus the toilet had a crack in our room, luckily it wasn't leaking. Over great for a quick one night stop being close to Airport.

Has lots of character, and the history of the building is very interesting.

Nothing special about this place. No free breakfast. Could have been cleaner.

Lovely staff. Didnt catch her name at check in but was very helpful letting us know about some good places to eat nearby. Also 5 dollar delicious breakfast!

There was no breakfast in the morning because the one cook they had got sick

I cancelled my stay early. The first night, I found long black hairs in the shower and in the sheets of both beds. Considering there was so much hair left behind, I had no confidence that anything was cleaned at all. There was also garbage under the beds and a piece of chewed gum stuck to one of the electrical outlets.

I've stayed here 3 times. The first time I was so impressed. The next two times, the carpets were filthy, the sheets very itchy. It was a bed. I was very tired. Finally fell asleep listening to the person in the next room snore. The difference: The second floor has been upgraded. The last two visits I was on the first floor.

This is a cool old place... Not the cleanest, or the fanciest but has a good vibe to make up for it. The updated rooms are great... Smaller than suburban chain hotel rooms, but certainly adequate. Great downtown billings location. Staff are super friendly.

Nice hotel overpriced because of teacher conference. Clean nice people problems with air condition and tv. Fixed tv but had to open window then noisy. Nice staff.

Love the dude ranchers quaintness. Great place! Keep it going

Good location, convienient to downtown Billings, walking distance to lots of restaraunts and bars/clubs. Rooms are not fancy but clean and comfortable.
