This was not the cheapest option when looking for a place to stay. The room had a mildew/mold smell and the AC was not great-probably related. The seating chair in our room had several stains. I did not want to sit on it or even put my bag on it. The sheets were clean however the mattress had really bad staining. There was long dark hair folded into the towels. Breakfast was decent, not great. The front desk staff was very nice during check in.

Got to the hotel and waited 20min in the lobby with others waiting to check in to for someone to come to the counter. There was some random lady and her kid behind the desk i thought they were going to help us but nope. Then when i “checked in” I didnt really check in cause in the morning i was checked as a no show. This place is not the cleanest either, personally i dont think i could stay here again

Don’t waste your money!
This hotel is a step above a stable. We had dirty rooms and flooding toilets and clogged sinks… I would not recommend this hotel.

Hotel fine, but bypassing Billings after this
We had trouble finding a place in a safe area that had decent reviews at a reasonable rate in all of Billings. By the end of a LONG search, we decided to spend a little more and visit rooms and not just believe all the horrible reviews. This one was clean and mostly comfortable. The heater was noisy and the sheets were staticky (not cotton). The check-in wasn’t smooth or friendly, but the lady in the AM was very friendly. We had a hard time finding a place to eat, too. We decided to bypass Billings altogether from here on.

The room was disgusting, the bathroom door had been removed and rusty screws were exposed. There was mold in the bathroom. We couldn’t take our family in it, we had to find another place to stay

Disclaimer....I did not complain to the hotel staff. We were booked for 5 nights and I did not want to have any issues while we were there. I thought I was getting a basic but clean room when I booked it, but what I got was a broken and somewhat clean room. Our tub had mold around the drain, the wardrobe had no hanging bar, 2 of our outlets quit working and our sheets were clean but stained. The staff were super nice and helpful though.

Disappointed in our stay. Usually it is a fine place to stay. But this time wasn’t very good. After checking in when I asked where my room was located the front desk girl said “I believe it’s at the end of the hall” not sure how she wouldn’t know where it was or have a map of rooms to show me. When we came down to get in the hot tub all the lights were off we asked the front desk and she said it’s closed tonight because the cleaning man had to leave it? . That was disappointing. The hotel was almost empty that night, but was woken up multiple times from people right across from us yelling and banging on their door. That was annoying. When we came for breakfast in the morning the breakfast spot was sad. Toaster was broken, no ketchup out. They use to provide fresh water with ice and that was sadly gone. The front desk girl was uninterested in getting the breakfast spot restocked as she was online shopping at the desk computer. Overall won’t be staying here again as they have gone down hill, which is unfortunate.

Miscellaneous items left in room. Bed nearest the restroom wobbling. Hair found on the sheets of the other bed. Cigarette ashes on window sill and tip of cigarette still there. Kerig Coffee pot but no cartridges or cups even. For water. Thick dust on surfaces (night stand and lamps) Blood spots on wall above sink. No clock in room. I have pictures to document this if you need it. Very disappointed and discusted for the price.
