The pool and hot tub smelled and was filmy. The room was dirty we found a spoon under the edge if the bed and our pillow cases were dirty.

Everything about this motel was horrible! Room was dirty, so many things falling apart or broken. We changed rooms 3 times because of different issues! The ladies working were nice and very apologetic. They got a hold of the owner and he was going to talk to us. We waited but he was never around. We were going to change motels but I knew since I booked on Expedia, I would not get a refund! We will never stay at the Baymont in Billings MT ever again!!

Room was fine, but the toilet ran all night. I went to check to see if chain might have fallen off. No visible issue except the tank was covered in black mold. This discouraged me from even taking a shower.

The room was clean & staff was friendly. The hot tub was not working whiich was a huge part of why I selected this hotel rather than somewhere else. It was very disappointing to not have use of the lilsted amenity.
