We checked in around 7pm, the gal at the front desk seemed a bit frustrated. The WIFI was down, I'm sure she was recieving a lot of negative feedback reguarding that. When it was my turn, she was not exactly friendly. Not my fault with how she was treated before me. Overall, the room was nice, but probably wouldn't return.

There was no Wi-Fi available and the front desk gal had an attitude about it. The room had been updated but everything outside of the room and building (except from facade) needs help. Breakfast was terrible.

TV didn't work; I had to fix it myself. Toilet didn't work; Staff brought a plunger, but I had to fix the toilet myself. Wifi didn't work. A/C was so loud I had to turn it off to sleep. But the bed was comfortable and the breakfast was great.

Hallways and rooms were stained, cold, and smelled oddly wet. The biggest problem with the hotel was after checking in, I learned that the wifi was out but the hotel offered no solutions or refunds when I had to find a place to stay elsewhere. I wouldn't recommend this hotel to anyone.

Too many texts and emails from this hotel. Zero would be the perfect number.. six is way too many. The staff is good and for continental breakfast was better than most. The Wi-Fi did not work which was disappointing
