1. The bathroom had the previous guest's hair everywhere, the mirror was not clean you could see where the previous guests had wiped areas off. It was gross. 2. The floor we were on was "under construction" with plastic on the hallway floors. I get it, that is used to protect the flooring, but it is not welcoming, and the person checking me in did not tell me to expect that before walking up there. So, I thought I went to a closed-off area. It felt dirty. For the price I was charge, I am not impressed.

The room wasn’t very clean. We found trash from previous guests and stains on the sheets. Staff did their job but not above and beyond. Hardly a smile from anyone. The arcade was open 3-7pm which feels limited if you’re expecting “resort” amenities. And just know the reef waterpark is an extra cost.

We had a cousin pass away and we had to leave right after we checked in and they would not offer a refund or even a voucher to stay there at a later date. The room hadn’t even been used at all. It was very disappointing and not very empathetic. The property seemed fine but we didn’t get to experience it at all.

I just want to let them know that they need a better person to do repairs. I could tell that the room upstairs floored because of the moulding above the door had this red mold all over it and the bottom of the door had obvious water damage. The rest of the did look clean.
