Customer service will all staff was outstanding.

The staff was friendly and helpful. They were glad to have customers. The room we were in needs a good scrubbing, but I know finding help is not easy right now. Overall, we would stay here again-they were very pet friendly also!

Need to replace the mattress. Starting to get sink in the middle.

We stayed New Year’s Eve for our three year olds birthday to take him swimming. We were all so excited but we arrived and noticed there were guests setting up a party room across the hall from us and even had the beds taken out. I understand it’s New Year’s Eve but don’t put a family across from a party room. They were up shouting all night and drinking in the halls and of course at midnight blowing off all the noisemakers. There is no work out facility. The water park was closed New Year’s Day which is just ridiculous when the rates were higher for the holiday and we were not told the park would be closed. We would have stayed somewhere else had we known this. Staff was pretty nonchalant about us asking about when the party would have to quiet down because I “had to understand it is New Year’s Eve”. Then put a family elsewhere. Not impressed at all.

There were stains all over the carpet, the noise level was off the charts. Woke up at 1 in the morning by a domestic dispute next door. Awful experience overall!

I thought the breakfast was good and the water slides were great. The hotel is old and could use a face lift but overall I enjoyed my stay.

There were stains on the couch, the carpet, lipstick on the pillowcases, stains on the bedspread, and not subtle stains, but big bold stains that make you wonder what has happened in that room and why there wasn't more effort made to get rid of that evidence (if you can't get the stains out of the pillowcase and they are THAT obvious, like 15 stains on both side, bright red, is there really that much of a budget crunch that you can't replace a pillowcase? I can understand not being able to replace the couch and carpet but the bedspread and pillow case was too much). The smoke alarm was busted in my room and making noises at random intervals so I requested a room switch, there were stains on most surfaces in both rooms, and in this room, which was close to the front desk, I could hear what sounded like power tools being used at 11:30 PM on a Tuesday night. I just drove 15 hours and wanted a clean quiet room to sleep in. I thought $110 would get me that. I would have been better off sleeping in my car.

The guy was working at the desk wasn t very nice or helpful on december 6th early morning i wouldn t rent a room from them.

Good friendly hotel near good restaurants. Good airport shuttle service

Great service and a great pool. Stayed with the grandsons and they never want to leave. After 11 hours on the road this was a perfect place to get their energy out. The room was clean and comfortable and the staff was very friendly.

Excellent place to stay. Two things to consider. One your breakfast needs a little help. The potatoes and French toast were cold, eggs were dry and flavor less and you could add a waffle machine. Waffle machines are easy clean up and instead of getting cold French toast, you make your own waffle and it is hot. The second thing is the water park. I like the $6 off if your a guest, make it worth more to the guest. Offer something like THE $6 off and a free drink and chips with each ticket. Or a bundle if your staying multiple days. Overall it was very satisfying. Just need a couple of small tweaks. In business we always have room for improvement. Thank you very much.

I went for a two day conference and was very pleased with the hotel. The hotel was clean and the staff was always friendly. The complimentary breakfast was very good (although I wish there was more for fresh fruit). The hotel feed us for both days of the conference and the food was good as well. I would recommend a stay there to anyone.
