Red Lion Hotel Kalispell

Super friendly staff, comfortable clean rooms. Perfect centralized location in Kalispell. The water is a little soft and the wifi isn't the greatest but would definitely stay again on my next trip.

Arrived late, had the shuttle waiting for us! Complimentary upgrade. Room was clean and comfortable. Staff was super friendly!

Great location for visiting Glacier Park as long as you don't mind about an hour drive to the park which wasn't an an issue for us. We were surprised though that a Red Lion wouldn't have a working computer available for guests. We don't have a smart phone and were depending on the hotel's computer access to check email and do further trip planning. The staff said the guest computer hasn't worked for weeks. We decided to take advantage of the outdoor hot tub but couldn't figure out how to get the bubbles going. The maintence man walked by and told us that the pump was broken and they had been waiting for quite a while for the replacement unit. I would think Red Lion would be more able to correct these front line issues in a more timely matter.

The hotel was clean, the rooms were spacious and the service was excellent. the only downfall was they were having problems with their pool facilities.

Pleasantly surprised by this hotel! Very nice and close to some amazing eats and beautiful scenery

Shuttle from airport was available when my flight landed after midnight. Everyone was kind and courteous and room was clean and welcoming.

Nice staff and very clean place. The beds are super comfortable! Cardio machines are top notch.

Overnight stay was ok, We left early, didn't have a chance to try their breakfast

Always a great dependable place to stay when in Kalispell. Wouldn't stay anywhere else. But, if I were to be objective, I'd have to admit that it's showing it's age a bit. A little remodeling would do wonders. But the amenities help you look past that. From the indoor swimming pool to the nice cook making your free omelets in the morning and the cleanliness throughout the facility it's not that important to have every thing shinny new...:)

The hotel was perfect for our one night getaway. The location is ubeatable. It's connected to a mall, steps away from the main area of Kalispell and easy to find. In a pretty garden atruim, they serve a full continental breakfast with waffles and an omelette station. There is also a fire pit which is kept going at night. I also enjoyed their body soaps. The only odd thing was their pool was mis colored and smelled strange.

The room was clean and the price was right. The staff was polite and courteous. Great room for the price.

good location and nice hotel for the price. would stay here again.

very nice, pet friendly, awesome breakfast, would stay there again and again.

This was just like staying at a Holiday Inn or similar. The bed was acceptable at best, and room was laid out pretty typically. Not tons of extra room or anything spectacular/dreadful about it. The exercise room existed, but didn't offer much. It had dumbbells, a couple treadmills and a cycle; end of story. The breakfast offered a fairly typical spread with the addition of made-to-order omelets and you could make yourself a Belgium waffle. No complaints for the price, but I wouldn't call it a 4-star hotel either.

Very convenient location and being attached to a mall was a bonus for shopping and coffee. The breakfast was hot and very good and the personal touch of having a fresh omelet cooked while you waited made it better than most. There is a courtyard in the center with a water feature and a nice fire burning every evening for a romantic 'outdoors' touch. Noisy kids in the room next to ours but that was not the hotels fault...likely hyper or no parental control. Would highly recommend this hotel for those passing through or going to Kalispell for a few days of relaxation and shopping. You are walking distance to the entire downtown and the variety of shops, restaurants and specialty stores. Have been to Kalispell on many occasions and this was our most enjoyable trip.......thanks Red Lion.

Great location, nice staff, very clean room, and exceptional breakfast. For this small town, best value possible.

Very nice hotel,in a very convenient downtown location. Very comfortable bed, nice, clean and quiet. A very good breakfast was available, with a Chef for omelets and a good selection. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Definitely recommend this property.

Good location, clean and comfortable. The A/C unit was a little too loud. Breakfast buffet was OK but nothing special.

Stayed here for two nights as a launching point to and from Glacier National Park, as Kalispell is the largest city around and I needed to do some grocery shopping, laundry, etc. on a cross-country road trip. The hotel is in the middle of a strip mall/shopping complex, which threw me off...it was clean, comfortable, and had great staff, but the location was bizarre. It was also almost an hour each way to Glacier. In short, while the hotel was nice, I wouldn't stay there again simply because of the weird and out-of-the-way location. There are cheaper hotels closer to the park that are much more convenient (and not in a strip mall).

Everything about this place is just ok. If you are looking for a place to lay your head with no frills, you'll do just fine here. I hope you get it on sale. Upon the very delayed check-in process, I was underwhelmed. There was another woman, in staff clothes, that in no way helped out with the growing line that was being check-ed in by just one lady. She just stood there, staring at the people in line, and leaning against the front desk. (unprofessional to say the least) The lady at check in didn't tell me (and seemingly many others) that the breakfast was located in the conference sort of space in the attached convention center thing. The breakfast had an omelet station with a guy serving up custom omelets, I didn't try this. The breakfast overall was crowded and ordinary. My room was small, and the bed was lumpy. I slept on top of a towel that I had packed. The bedding was very thin, and considering the temp outside sank into the 30's...Brrr. The blinds didn't close all the way, and the parking lot light shined directly in. The carpet seemed dirty. I opted to stay at a different hotel in town the following evening. Glad I didn't book 2 nights here.
