The breakfast was good. Eggs were fresh along with the sausage and the French toast sticks. All the juices were good and the room was clean. Tables were a little messy from the other people that have eating and could have been wiped off because there were crumbs on the tables and I had to clean it off so I could sit and eat. The staff is super friendly and a delightful to talk to. The property had trash by the front entrance in black bags that was blowing everywhere and there was trash in the grass in the back of the building. Pictures make this place look better than what it is. The rooms were clean and sheets and pillows were fresh. There was a little soap scum from the bar of soap from the last people that the cleaning people forgot. Because of this I can only rate this place 3 stars….but 5 stars to the staff because they were so friendly and nice.

My third September stay here. The staff is always friendly and welcoming and the property is well kept. A good place to stay in Livingston when I visit the old home town. One nit: The TV requires two remotes to operate and are difficult for geezers to operate, especially for closed captioning.

We would stay here again ( and again)

We stayed here before and came back due to no openings at Yellowstone. The check in clerk provided a shower chair to help in the bathroom. We slept thru breakfast due to arriving late. Be sure to put a do not disturb on your door if you want to sleep in.

Hotel was great. Very clean. Room had a book listing restaurants and things to do. Only one problem was there was only one tiny bar of soap for the sink and none for the shower.
