appreciate they opened breakfast buffet before 6am. oatmeal with all the add-ons was wonderful ! coffee however was the weakest coffee I have ever had in my life--;(

Really enjoyed the nice new bedding and sheets, just perfect.

Light in bathroom out. All my showers took place in the dark. When the got yo to replace the bulb it worked for about 10 mins, and went out again. Pool is by elevator door and tile was always wet. Kinda dangerous. Also work out room was closed during my stay and carpet in front of room was soaked. Looked like some flooding. They also put a extra 40 dollar charge on credit card. Some staff was nice and some was lazy. Overall stay was ok but would have rather paid the extra 10 bucks to stay somewhere else and not shower in the dark.

Beds terrible hair in bathtub facilities dirty breakfast sucked

I checked in with no problems but when I checked my balance I found out they charged me $20.00 per night for insdentals with I was not told when I checked in I called them they said I have to wait for 5 business days before I get the money back.

Overall nice experience, just a bus driver passing though needing a place to lay he's head down for a few hours.

No microwave in the room Very noisy from the upstairs

The hotel is one of several next to the highway, near a large cluster of strip malls. If you are only in Billings for the night, its fine. But this is a case where you get what you pay for.

I don't know what other reviewerzs are talking about, but even when I saw the train go by the hotel, I couldn't hear it. Excellent service from Cynthia at Check in, to the Asst. GM who helped us when my daughter slipped in the shower and broke the shower curtain hooks. His concern over her was nice. The breakfast was sufficient, the room was VERY clean and overall we had a great experience. The hotel is conveniently located near shopping & restaurants. Overall: A very pleasant experience! PS: When I was asked by Cynthia what brought us to Billings and I told here we were there for some oral surgery for my son, she change our room to a 3rd floor room at the end of the hall so that it would be away from others and thus quieter for him. Thanks!!

Clean and nice. Staff great. Breakfast was OK. Great for families

Clean! Nothing irks me more than a dirty hotel and a dirty/barely clean hotel room. This hotel was very clean. Angie, the housekeeper, did a great job. The staff at the front desk and at breakfast were very polite and seemed to genuinely care about my experience. The pool was small, but we didn't have our kids with us so it was ok.

rooms were nice beds very comfy. bathroom little cramped but nice.

the rooms were clean good hot foods in morning the pool was good

Very Clean, Very friendly, Very comfortable beds!!!

Everything was good except the mattresses are waaaaay too soft--woke up with a bad abckache. Otherwise, room clean, comfortable, pool small but nice, breakfast good.

First time I had stayed in this hotel on my visits to Billings and i was very impressed with the staff, facilities and room. The complimentary breakfast was better than many you have to pay for with a wide choice. Would stay here again on my next trip.

This is a relaxing place but not worth over $100..

Very impressed with staff! Friendly, made us feel welcome...like they knew us. Room was CLEAN and very inviting. Great location! We will be back. Thanks!

Would have been perfect except had to clean the shower of old hair and debris from shelves before use

A refrigerator would have made it a perfect room. That is the only thing lacking. And the fitted sheet kept coming undone. But other than that my wife and I really did like the room.

Room options
