Property was dirty. Same drink spill by side door the whole time we stayed there.

One of the agents at the counter was rude, check in was late and there was no offer of compensation or apology, the mask mandate posted and document you had to sign were not enforced and management was unprofessional and dismissive.

Pretty Clean. Staff was friendly. Location is not bad.

Clerk at the night desk was very helpful and made sure I had everything I needed. The room was clean and comfortable.

Hair was left in the bathroom from previous guest.

We got here after 9pm and are departing in the early morning. Only disappointment was the breakfast. Packaged muffins and granola bars are not my idea of a continental breakfast. No fruit or juices. Just carbs.

We chose this hotel because it was close to Metra Park and the State Fair--- only a couple exits away!

First time at an Extended Stay America. Didn't need extended stay, but it fit my budget to stay one night. Now that I've seen a room, I'll be more likely to look for one in the future. I like the idea that it's comparable to a standard room but with cooking and full-sized refrigerator available. Very quiet room.

Nice hotel close to the interstate. Everything was clean and the rooms very tidy and useful.

I called and requested a pet friendly room. The gal I talked to on the phone was very, very nice but did not say one word about an additional $25 a day pet fee. When I arrived a different gal was at the desk and anxious to get off work. When she presented me with the paper to sign authorizing the additional $25 a day pet fee, I said "no". She did not act professional and was peaved that I was taking up her time. I ended up canceling my stay.

When I first checked in they gave me a room that already had somebody in it. Then the second room smell like paint but I just dealt with it it was Dusty and not clean very well I would not recommend any of my family or friends to stay out this one

The room was nice but cold. Check in was slow, but the clerk apologized about a new system.

their ad says breakfast... not unless you like empty coffee dispensers, cold old muffins, or low grade granola bars.

Staff was uncaring,when asked for a receipt, they stated call Expedia Hotel was dirty, ceiling tiles missing. Worse extended stay out there

The desknhelp was unprofessional and slow and not helpful. The kitchens in the room were not stocked with any cookware or dishes. Bathrroom did not have haor dryer. One needed to fill out.a.request.for.items needed then go back to desknwhich was already.slow. Only hotel on 7 day trip that was disappointing.

Very clean and friendly staff. The bed was very comfortable and the full kitchen was great
