Constant water leak sound. Desk said they were working on it and offered a different room. Should have taken it, but thought they were going to fix it. Now it's middle of the night and keeping me up. Also kitchen garbage was not emptied from previous occupant. Have stayed here before and likely will again, but this time was not up to their usual quality
Arrived at the front desk to check in. One of the clerks was busy with another customer and the other one was on her phone, looked like she was texting. Waited for the other clerk to check in

This hotel is always clean with friendly front desk staff. They always are willing to help out with requests. We enjoyed our stay here very much and always try to stay here when we visit Billings!
Staff was very nice. Nice quiet hotel. Lots of shops and stores within a mile drive just outside of city center.
Hotel is beautiful. Love the fact that they had "social hour." Free dinner... basically a fancy soup and salad. Pool table was fun. They were switching over to salt water so the pool wasn't ready until late. The rooms were spacious! The beds on the other hand were not queen. They were more like a full size. Up all night rolling on each other. The air conditioning was a hot mess. You set it At 74... The swamp cooler blew out 64 degrees. When it wasn't blowing it was so humid you could die. You either was freezing or onset of menopause. ;) The bathroom had no fan so it was again so hot and humid. The breakfast was great! The staff was great! Very nice and friendly. In the end I go there to sleep. Sleep was not what I got. Crabby and my neck kills today.
Expensive, for what was a 2 1/2 diamond property. A tired property.
