Great clean rooms and closest to St. Vincent hospital.

Continental breakfast. Close to downtown and hospitals. Ask for medical or business rate.

Horrible breakfast, biscuits tasted like they were in the freezer for far to long and the gravy had zero flavor. The sausage patties could have been near colored cardboard and you wouldt tell the difference between the two.my room was dirty and my bed was filled with crumbs that scratched my leg in my sleep. It hasn't snow in a week and yet there was someone in a bobcat scraping snow in the parking garage at 5 am so if you must stay here ask to not be on the parking garage side. The bed is really soft and doesn't support the back at all. This hotel is oon par with a motel 6 and other low rate hotels. It should not be an $80 plus hotel but more like a 49.99 price point. There are zero amenities, no bath tub, no pool, and only the basic tv channels on a tv that is practically sitting on the floor. If you're here for medical reasons I suggest staying else where. And if you complain, the manager will harass you, call your Room, and tell you that you are wrong, and doesn't offer any sort of compensation. Im just glad we did t get bedbugs.

If this place wasn't near the hospital, They wouldn't be able to charge more than $49 a night for their rooms. They prey on the sick and charge a premium for sub par accommodations. The check I was the best part. The night shift gal was so nice and got us checked I quickly. There is no pool and the tv is set so low you can't relax in bed and watch it unless you are sitting up. The bed was extremely soft with zero back support. Having read reviews I was looking forward to the breakfast. Once again this hotel falls short. The biscuits were completely dry and tasted like they have spent too much time in the freezer, the sausage gravy had very little gravy and the sausage patties could have been near colored cardboard and you would t tell the difference. The ceiling in the shower was selling down, there is no water pressure and my bed wasn't clean, there was something scratching me in the middle if the night and after looking to see what it was I found a bunch of crumbs. I left a review on another sight and was confronted by the manager, who pretty much shrugged off everything I said. If yoiu do and up staying here make sure you are not on the side of the parking garage in winter. Even tho it hasn't snows in days there was some outside at 5am with a bobcat scraping the concrete. So my rest and comfort level was a 2 out of 10 at best. Next hospital visit I'm staying at a nicer place!

We like to stay at the Hilltop as it is handy and clean.

Great location. Super rate. Staff friendly and so kind. Will start here now exclusively

Parking lot was small, hotel is older and very congested. Below average on everything. Definitely was disappointed I booked upon arrival.

The hotel I believe is starting to show some age, but overall was very nice. Breakfast was great, rooms were quiet and comfortable, and the staff was top notch. Some of the best service I have received in a hotel, so keep it up!

Not fancy as expected. The Wifi worked for an hour, then stopped. The staff said they don't know how to fix it. The next morning Wifi back on for a while then stopped again.

Hotel was clean and comfortable for short visit. Most staff was knowledgeable about the area and things to do and places to eat. One member was new and just in the area for a short while. No complaints.

Although part of a medical precinct, this hotel is modern, very clean, quiet and a relatively easy walk (20 mins) to the CBD. It was notable that we couldn't hear noise from adjoining rooms.

While moving we stayed at the Hilltop Inn, we had all three of our pets and our room was quiet and quaint. The price was great and the staff was welcoming. Couldn't have asked for more. I would defiantly stay again.

I stayed at this hotel once before after a surgery. They were friendly enough and the room was comfortable with a recliner (which I had to seep in) was part of the furniture. This stay was just the same. The staff was pleasant and the rooms very clean.

I think it Will be good to say That it deserve a hospital

The rooms were clean and comfortable. The staff was friendly and helpfull.

It's an older building, well maintained. So the rooms don't shake when someone wallks down the hall. This place is quiet. It is clean. The staff is good and so it is hassle free. Location is good to me. It isn't right next to the freeway, the airport, downtown central or the train tracks. That helps make it quiet. It is weird as when you arrive, it seems to be in the hospital complex. You might miss it the first pass. While it is a little away from previous mentioned places, in Billings you aren't far from any place in the town. We have come to Billings to shop and attend the opera for a great many years. We have tried many places. I think we will be coming back to the Hilltop.

I stayed at the Hilltop out of necessity because I needed something close to the airport. From the other reviews on this site, I figured it would be a nice place to stay, but I wasn't too impressed. The rate was high for what was offered. The continental breakfast was merely coffee and a bagel or muffin, there was hardly any water pressure in the sink or shower, the motel was fairly run-down and the parking was a pain- there's only one entrance to the motel, so if you got there late, the only place to park was a long way from the door. The beds were also hard and uncomfortable. It's clear they get most of their business due to their proximity to the hospital a few hundred feet away, so they kind of have a captive clientele. I stayed for a few nights, then transferred to a different motel which was only about $6 more a night, but WAY better in regards to the breakfast, room cleanliness, water pressure, lighting, bed comfort and other niceties. You'd be well served to avoid the Hilltop.

Very Nice Hotel very quiet. Right next to a Hospital.

The location was a little tricky to find. There is only on entrance to the hotel, could be bad, could be good depending on opinion. The staff was nice and the room was spacious... Loved the room. Very clean and quiet. Enjoyed our stay, already booked 2 more nights and hope for the same room or one very simular.

Everything was good but when I went to work out on the exercise equipment, the eliptic machine and treadmill were stuck in low & the seat on the recombent bike would not move & I kept hitting my knees. Gave up on exercising. If you are going to have exercise equipment, please maintain it. It was very frustratiing to me that I didn't get a work out in.

We remember this guest well. I would encourage prospective customers to review the preponderance of highly favorable guest comments about our hotel. Hilltop Inn by Riversage cares deeply about our guests, their comfort, and our reputation with the public as an outstanding value -- and we stand by that reputation.

We remember this guest. His comments were not believable then, and they are not believable now. We hope he will be happier at another hotel next time.

Hello KB, We are scratching our heads over this review. Hilltop Inn by Riversage was completely remodeled in 2015, with new furniture, beds, linens, carpeting, lights, and flat panel TVs. We take pride in our cleanliness, but are always happy to touch up a problem area if you bring it to our attention. Our new hot breakfast has been favorably received, people enjoy our fresh popcorn every afternoon, and we work very hard on providing personalized guest services. Unlike newer properties, Hilltop is built with concrete and steel for extra comfort, quiet, and security. We went the extra mile of putting a layer of soundboard under the sheetrock on either side of the studs for the walls between guestrooms -- in order to further insulate the rooms and create a quiet environment. We are indeed close to the airport, downtown, shopping, and entertainment, as well as the hospitals. Our parking lot is actually quite large, with extra spaces on the south end for trailers, RVs, and the like. Please come back and give us another try. Thank you for staying with us!

Thank you for very nice comments, Justin. Your bathroom may have been one of those we are re-doing later this year, but the rooms were completely renovated just last year with new carpet, furniture, beds, and lamps. The lobby was re-done this year, along with a kitchen to provide a hot breakfast. Again, thank you for choosing Hilltop Inn. We hope to see you again soon!

I am so sorry for your problems. The bed you referred to is brand new, hospitality standard from Serta -- the same bed you would sleep on in properties charging a lot more per night. The WIFI is an issue. In the past several years, guests are carrying more devices and the WIFI setup we had last year is no longer adequate. We are taking steps. A new ISP is being engaged that will provide 8-10 times the capacity to meet demand. I am so sorry...if you had spoken with management about this problem, we would have tried to make it right for you. Please try us again in the future! Thank you for staying with us.
