"Home away from Home" TownePlace Suites in Billings is clean, quiet and comfortable. Staff is top-notch - very friendly and responsive. Lots of parking, area to walk the dog and close to shopping and great dining options.

Please Learn Human Decency
Hotel was great minus the 10 minutes it took for the water to get hot and the worn out couch. Now the other guest are a different story. Loud and rude. Anyone not on the first floor needs to learn how to walk lightly and stop slamming doors. Pet owners clean up after your pet. Dont leave whiney dogs alone in your room. Stop using a non fixed leash on aggressive dogs. Your dogs bad behavior is your fault.

Worth the money
Our hotel rooms we're very clean and well stocked. Our stay was great. No problems. Parking was great and safe. We felt safe in the area. Customer service was great. Anytime we needed anything we we're helped. Breakfast was decent. They did run out of stuff but tried to restock fastly. The hot chocolate and coffee at all hours was a nice touch. Our family enjoyed the outside fire and the indoor pool.
