My sons, 15 and 8, and I just needed a place to stay for the night because we were on the road so I did just need the bare minimum, which I got. Staff was very unprofessional and not friendly upon arrival. To be fair they were preoccupied with the police activity across the street and the cars pulling into the hotel lot. I could smell smoke coming out of rooms and hear dogs in rooms. I do think some of the guests were permanent or semi-permanent. There were weird stains on the lampshade and bathtub. Our remote didn’t work. Beds were just fine and we slept. Win! Nobody was managing or keeping breakfast items clean and stocked. Sketchy people all around. Felt a little nervous with just ke and my boys.

Didn't get the room with king bed that was in the reservation.......someone tried to get into our room in the middle of the night.....a person sleeping in the hallway in the morning......coffee would float a nail.....

I felt unsafe at this property. Had 2 women in the lobby commenting on my French bulldog about how expensive he was. Was watching me and seeing where my room was. I walked past my room so they didn't know when they weren't looking went to my room grabbed all of my stuff. Called the hotel after and told him I left and what had. I called the manager the next morning his name is Bobby and he refused to give me a refund and I did not stay there. He compared my dog to an expensive car that people comment on. Said I didn't give them a chance... Why would I give them a chance to see if my dog would be stolen. Very unprofessional. Because he refused my refund orbits is not allowed to give me a refund. I will be contacting the Better Business Bureau on this hotel

The heater did not work in my room

No towels, no shampoo, dirty floors, tv did not work, no hair dryer

The room had a strange smell that you would smell everytime you left and went back in. The remote had someones fake eyelashes stuck to it.

When we entered the room, we thought the bed looked a little lumpy, but hey that could have just been a rushed job. Then we noticed an unfolded towel in an odd space in the room. We gave them the benefit of the doubt, in part because it was late. My wife steps into the shower the next morning and finds a used soap bar. When we open the drapes to let in some light, the outer pane was broken. When we mention this to the front desk clerk, we are asked if we are rewards members.

Staff was great! Room was clean. Breakfast is good

Outside unsafe, rooms are outdated and small...............

Worst hotel experience. Our room hadn't been cleaned--trash on the floor, left behind clothing, hair & debris on the floor. The AC also didn't work--it was about 92 degrees in the room. We didn't stay. When I asked for a refund the staff did nothing to try to make our stay better (maybe they could've offered us a different room! A room that was clean!) and we lost our money. Besides that, this hotel is dated and run down. Needs a serious update. I'll never stay at an Econolodge again. Go elsewhere.

Mattress was worn out and my back ached for two days afterward. Floor didn't appear to have been vacuumed.

Older hotel, nothing fancy, but a place to stay for a good price.

First problem was it took me 10 mins to get into my room. The staff member was a bit rude and seemed quite annoyed that she had to help get into my room. The trick was to lift handle up while trying to pull the door towards yourself a task hard to do while holding a 3 year old child in your arms. Doors should be very easy. Also no secondary lock to help feel safe as I've had in other hotels. Also left a blanket I know exactly where I left it and mysteriously it wasn't there. Staff gets an F and a possible who took it for themselves.

Good, what I expected. Liked the baseboard heat because didn't have on and off blowing air. Staff very helpful.

Very good. This was the cheapest hotel I could find and we were pleased with everything from the customer service, which was friendly and efficient, the room service, which was excellent and the cleanliness of the room as well as the comfy bed. thanks for helping us locate this hotel.

booked two rooms here. One was small with no amenities and the other was of good size with good amenities. Go figure.

The staff were helpful as our door was stuck and the card would unlock, but we could not open it. The continental breakfast was somewhat meager, as compared to other motels we stayed (3 kinds of cereal, coffee, juice, a couple of doughnuts, biscuits and gravy, self-made waffles). The hot tub is nice, a bit small, but was very enjoyable; only fits 4, however.

Checked in, room somewhat smelly, dingy. Hard to get out of our nostrils. TV and AC worked fine. Hot tub was available, did not use this time, but is a nice small one. Meager breakfast, limited choices.
