Staff were pleasant, room was dirty. Candy on floor was dusty like it had been there awhile, dried mud, partially full Gatorade bottle, table dirty, floor not vacuumed and all lamps unplugged so I had to get on the floor in a dark room with my phone flashlight to find the plugs under the nightstand to have light. Breakfast was just 2 types of cold cereal or toast, juice or coffee. Walls thin, room noisy. Very disappointing.

Both rooms were dirty!!! And as we were checking in someone had notified us that there could possibly be drug paraphernalia in each room has a lot of meth addicts have been using that hotel because the hotel across the street closed down. The place was very dirty.

The property advertised a open working spa, breakfast included and a non smoking room. The spa was closed, empty and not working, there was expired food and empty containers for "breakfast" options such as a handful of dry cereal for the entire hotel for breakfast. They have signs everywhere about no smoking and I booked a non smoking room, but the entire property smelt like an ashtray. I booked the room because of the amenties that were listed, but none were available at ALL. I would have saved money if I would have booked a hotel that actually had the amenities advertised.

The night clerk was amazingly helpful. I hadn't driven quite a long ways and was very tired and she went out of her way to get me a ground floor room which medically I need at 78. The room was very clean. It did have one lock on an outside door that didn't work right. I just reported that in the morning she said thank you and put it on the maintenance list.

Family and I were travelling through, booked room without looking at reviews. Do not recommend if travelling with children. There were other guest peeing outside their room doors. Our room had a strong cigarette smell. Next door guests were making noise until 3 am, due to casino next door. My family member entered someone else's room that the front desk gave to us, at least they were prompt to give us another. This property could use an update.
