The property had roaches , smelled very weird and I discovered hair in the bed . 100% disgusting . I complained to management and they didn’t really care . Laughed at me when I told them the place wasn’t worth the money .

Nothing terrible hotel, front desk guy is rude, they call you 45 minutes before check out to ask if you checking out! If you don’t pay on line and go in the office they charge you what they want to

The housekeeping crew is real good but the office staff/ manager is real bad!

Sheets paper thin and had spots that look like that couldn’t get out from previous use. Light fixtures falling off the wall. Cracks everywhere.

All kinds is insects. Sunken floors. The rooms smell wet and nasty.

It was great we slept comfortable every night. The staff respected our personal space

check your mattress (bedbug droppings and possible bed bugs still exist), roaches crawling up the walls and across the floor...etc....please check your surroundings. Needless to say, I cancelled after being upgraded to a second room (suite) with worse conditions. If I wasn't so disturbed I would've taken pictures. STAY AT YOUR OWN RISK!!!

Stay was quiet and easy to do. Bed and room was made and cleaned. Was comfortable. Had a refrigerator and microwave and table.

It obviously was an old facility. Their signs claimed they recently remodeled, but I could not see how and where that occurred. The place was quiet enough, and we had plenty of privacy. Personally, I suspect they do not get many reservations made in advance. We checked in on Thursday, December 24th. We were given two room key cards and a television remote control which did not work the television in the room. There was a remote control already in the room on the television which did work, so that was not a problem. We arose late on Friday, December 25th, and did not leave the room until early afternoon. When we left we noticed a housekeeping cart across the parking lot at one of the other buildings, so we determined there was housekeeping staff on site. However, when we returned to the room late that evening we discovered that housekeeping never entered our room; the bed was not made, the room's one small waste basket had not been emptied, and the used towels were still on the bathroom floor where we were instructed to leave them. We assumed that, since we arose late on Christmas Day, somehow we were overlooked. People make mistakes and forget things, and we understand that. We arose early on Saturday the 26th and were gone from the room the entire day, not returning until 1 AM Sunday morning. Again, we discovered that housekeeping did not visit our room. I went to the check-in desk to inform the man on duty there, and I'm afraid I was rude to him. He brought fresh towels and a set of sheets/pillowcases to us and apologized. Sunday I felt ill and stayed in the room all day. Housekeeping did knock on the door late in the afternoon and asked if they could come in. I said no and asked for a roll of toilet paper, which she gave me. Monday we were gone from the room all day, and when we returned we discovered housekeeping had come in and did what they were supposed to do. So, we had housekeeping service one day out of the five days we were there. This was a rather stressful trip for me personally for more than one reason, and the situation at the motel exacerbated the entire unpleasantness of the experience. I'm curious . . . is there a way I can get some kind of credit from the motel for their lack of providing basic service? It was a reasonable price for the reservation, but still I feel cheated. I would appreciate a response from you about this. How you respond will determine whether I use your service again.

location is good for shopping, either up 85 north or down 85 south. room location was near maintenance office which was quite nosiey at times. staff was ok, but does not point out where ice machine is or laundry room, and you have to remember to get TV remote from front office, otherwise you can't watch TV.
