The facility was decent except it smelled like pig or something when I walked in the lobby. The room was ready prior to check in which was a plus, and the room was satisfactorily spacious and clean. But the room did not have a microwave, which was weird and cheap on behalf of the Hyatt 'Place.' Additionally, our room had no glasses in it except for coffee mugs. Had to go downstairs and practically beg for some decent wine glasses (no stem of course) with the promise that I would take good care of the glasses. Breakfast was decent. Overall a decent hotel, I just wish they didn't try to act so cheap. Also the elevator was the slowest elevator ever. Dogs next door barked a lot because the hotel is pet friendly. But they need to regulate that a bit more because the barking was too much to top off an already mediocre experience.

This is Georgia and there are trees nearby that shed regularly. There was quite a bitof OLD debris. Many, many insects & bugs in pool both days we were there....Did they clean in the morning??? Also, both times we had to ask for towels. On a weekend.....you can only bring out 4 towels at a time? Doesn't make sense. Other than these issues, we were pleased. Great friendly staff. Large buffet breakfast. Seattles best coffee, Juice & Twinnings Tea Bags with the buffet. There is also a Coffee/Tea & Wine/Mixed Drinks bar with Starbucks. 24/7 Menu with premium ingredients. Kids were happy....grandparents were happy. Thanks again, Nicky

Great value. Exceeded expectations. Looks modern and well furnished.

The reservation was made 4 days prior to the scheduled check-in date. The room was not ready at the 3:00pm check-in time. It was still not ready at 6:00pm. There was no explanation or estimated time in which the room would be ready. I was simply told it was "not ready and to check back later". Ended up cancelling and the staff seemed happy about the cancellation...not sure if they were overbooked or happy about charging a higher last-minute rate, but they seemed to congratulate themselves on the cancellation. In addition to the room issues, the lobby looked nothing like the pictures online. It looked unkept and simple. As for the conditions of the room, I guess I'll never know. Definitely not going back!

The housekeeper were great and the weekday breakfast was excellent. I never get the change to cook breakfast before going to work. The grab and go egg on English muffin was my favorite. The bed was very comfortable, I would recommend this hotel highly. Thanks Hyatt Place for a delightful stay.

The hotel staff members were very inviting and attentive to our family's needs. Our room was spacious, clean and comfy.

The night crew made our stay absolutely wonderful. Charlene and tarrence are the best duo ever. They went up and beyond for our entire wedding party and made it absolutely perfect. I believe they are a great representation for the Hyatt brand. They made the trip worth it.

My family and I enjoyed our stay. Everything was nice and clean. Check-in and out were fast and the ladies at the desk were awesome. My daughter really enjoyed her birthday trip. It was close to the American Girl store making our travel easy.

We stayed for 6 days and all of the staff was very friendly and accommodating. The breakfasts were delicious and there was plenty of variety. Our only complaint is that there are 2 elevators and only 1 worked and sometimes it was very slow. If both were working it would have been perfect. We had family staying at ano there hotel and they all said the Hyatt was much better!

I really like this hotel and the part of town it was in. My only problem with this hotel is that it had no microwave. I have a newborn baby and I needed a microwave to warm his bottles up. If you have kids do not stay here because they don't have a microwave.

I have no words to describe the overall wonderful experience that I had during my recent stay. From the flight to the room, it was crazy great. The room... Clean, spacious, incredibly quiet, extremely comfortable bed...

The room was clean and convenient for our stay. Hyatt Place always has unique spaces, and the rooms are always very clean. It was spacious and perfect for our weekend there. I would stay here again.

We had a wonderful time. The hotel was nice and clean. The staff was friendly. The breakfast was good. Overall nice experience.

Everything was met to our expectation! We were somewhat away from where we visited but we were able to get there without any problems. The hotel was staff was very professional to everyone we saw checking in.

awesome staff & buffet breakfast pool very dirty

good place but not enough employees
