The location was convenient, however, my room was not properly cleaned. There were used paper towels still in the bathroom and hair in the shower. Also, there wasn’t a bag in the bathroom trash can. Furthermore, there was an unauthorized charge to my card in the amount of $55, AFTER I paid the room fee plus $50 for incidentals.

Excellent hotel and staff. Will stay there again.

The property is located to several main traffic areas but tucked away with several eateries and stores. The night manager was an awesome professional.who provided guidance and recommendations when asked. My room was spacious and modern.

Front desk is the most amazing people ever! Love them to pieces & amazingly nice! Very greetful lol or however you say it.

My family and I stayed here Christmas 2014 and had a great experience! Everything was perfect. We decided to stay here again despite several other hotel rates a lot lower even with similar quality. I arrived to my room and the heat was not working. 2nd room heat was working but tub drain was clogged and the tub was dirty. It took almost 48 hours before someone came to fix it. The breakfast was great but the breakfast host was not very friendly. He was clearly lacking social soft skills(i.e. people skills). The staff didn't seem very enthusiastic about being there. I can't blame them if I had to work Christmas weekend, but at least fake it! Also, tell housekeeping to address themselves...don't just knock without addressing yourself as housekeeping. One housekeeper didn't even knock, she just entered the room. Do better!

Our stay was okay. The room was clean, and we experienced no problems except for with breakfast. They informed us that breakfast would be served in the morning in the lobby area. It is an open space. I grabbed a yogurt and sat down when I was given a bill for 12 dollars.

The room was clean, but I'm not sure I'll stay here again. We were told about times for breakfast when we checked in, and the next morning, there was a buffet. I sat down with a yogurt and was told that breakfast wasn't free. That was not specified at check-in, and there was no other way of me knowing. I paid 12 dollars for a yogurt. The walls are also paper thin. There were guests talking and making noises outside our room past midnight.

It was a great stay at the hotel. I got to spend a lot of quality time with my girlfriend. The room was very clean and orderly. The staff was very personable and friendly! Overall, I am very satisfied with my stay and would recommend anyone to stay there!

Perfect location to the Verizon wireless amphitheater. Very clean and welcoming. close to shops,restaurants and etc.. Comfortable beds and the mini fridge will keep your food/drinks very cold.

We were very pleased with this hotel. Staff was extremely friendly and helpful. Our room was clean and the bed very comfortable. We found the location to be in a great location and close to main expressways and major highways. Would use this hotel again in the future for sure.

The beds were on the small size (pretty sure they were doubles & not queens as advertised), but the rooms were clean, the staff was friendly & accommodating, & breakfast was fantastic! I would definitely consider staying there again in the future.

I was unhappy that I was not put in a smoke-free room. None was available and no compensation was offered,
