The floor was really dirty. There was hair in the tub and it was dirty too after cleaning the tub i felt very uncomfortable and asked for clean linen, I took pictures if you want to see them.
Very old and outdated, room smelled like urine or something, the refrigerator was very old and rusted, the shower head has low pressure and no blow dyer the front desk said they ran out of blow dryers. Once you step off the elevator the hallways just had this old nasty musty smell at least the 3rd did. The phone in the room didnt work.
Very loud neighbors, talking to Mgmt didn’t help. Very old and loud AC unit. Fire alarm at night had to leave for an hour 1-2 am. Power off one morning for 3 hours and one day alarms being tested all day. Soooo, not a lot of sleep.
The full size refrigerator was nice to have! The two burner stove was convenient for breakfast. Cookware and utensils were limited, but enough for us to cook a simple breakfast each day. Our room had a great view of the Disneyland fireworks! We walked to/from Disneyland each day, it was a simple 20 minute walk, which was very convenient and saved lots of parking dollars!! We would stay there again if in the area.
We pre-checked because i ("owner")could not be there at regular check-in time. When my husband tried to get keys later, the desk clerk refused to honor the pre-check (at 11 PM) and only contacted a manager for approval after he insisted and called me to help intervene. Anthony very much gave an attitude of not caring and not wanting to help. The shower curtain in the room had feces on it. Someone came to remove it, but never replaced it. We had to get one from the front desk the next night and put it up ourselves because, as the desk clerk said, they were a "self-service" property. While those 2 desk clerks were frustrating to interact with, the one who pre-checked us and and the one who checked us out (Danni) were very pleasant, helpful, and guest oriented.
Property was clean, at times there were homeless people hanging around outside of property
This place needs some work very old refrigerator that leak water on to my food.The bathroom needs some upgrades the shower faucet leaked all night no matter how hard you turn the knob and when cooking no matter the temperature the room would fill with smoke .The staff was very nice and helpful I would give this place a 3 out of 5 cause it make for a lot of the things being it’s so close to Disneyland.
In fair the property was ok for its price but they had Roaches which was very disappointing.One of the staff desk clerk a Woman was sick with a Flu.They had no coffee in the morning and the homeless all around the property was very dirty. Rooms smelled like mildew.Will not stay here again.
Very pleasant and clean. I enjoyed how friendly the staff was. We stayed out there for a concert in the House of Blues. Hotel is walking distance from their and Disneyland. I will be staying there in the future.
Good amenities, staff was friendly, we stayed here for about 20 minutes before asking for a refund and checked out then headed for another hotel. Save your time and go elsewhere. Rooms are super loud, you can hear everything and feel every vibration of people moving around. Smells like an Asian restaurant kitchen and the smell was unavoidable. Would not recommend
I can honestly say that i will never return to thos property they got me lost they didnt want to give me amy amenities they didnt give me any working keys. They were not friendly
Everything at the hotel was very nice, felt safe. At times their were some bad smell but wasnt a big deal other than that i really enjoyed my stay alot.
