From the point of checking in, to purchasing a meal upon arrival, the experience was great! The front desk as well as staff at the Bistro was welcoming and friendly which made the stay even more inviting. The room was amazing and the beds were very comfortable. I would definitely stay again.

TVs in the room did not work. One was fixed but by morning is was out again. When booking it states breakfast is included and it’s not. There’s a credit of $40 to the hotel restaurant while prices on food items are expensive there was 5 of us. False advertising. Parking was horrible and not spacious.

The staff was excellent. The room was clean and comfortable. It was close to the main attraction that is Disneyland park. The only real negative is the elevator is very outdated.

Homeless guys walking around the paid "secured" parking and smoking weed right in front of the main entrance. The Elevator was not working and seemed unsafe. The staff was using the guest Elevator to transport trash literally trash. The woman who checked us in Anita was rude and gave us little to no information on how to use our room keys for the Elevator levels.
