The sheets did not fit the bed ~ there was quite a bit of mattress exposed at the foot of the bed. The pool and whirlpool were filthy and unusable.

The “hot” breakfast shown in the picture is a lie! There was muffins in bags, cereal cups, and bananas. Nothing hot and nothing more than that. Worst breakfast ever and a total lie from the pictures. The hotel is also not as close to Disney advertised. Yes, it is next to Disney but on the backside. You still have to walk a mile and a half to get to either the front entrance or downtown entrance. It takes about 25 mins. The parking lot is shockingly small!! There are not enough spaces for everyone.

It was within walking distance to a corner store and not too far from Disneyland.

There was a minor problem with our first room and the staff upgraded us for free. They rooms were nice and clean and the breakfast was good. It was a great standard hotel.

It great for what it is...an affordable hotel close to Disney. The rooms were clean, the staff were super nice. The walk to Disney is a little longer then i wanted, but its manageable. I would stay there again.

This is a perfect place to stay for a trip to Disneyland. Breakfast is exactly what is needed, the rooms are as needed. The staff was very friendly and welcoming. No issues with anything, except for other guests, however the staff took care of that. We were on the first floor so noise was an issue but after a full day at disneyland a person knocks out.

Close to Disneyland and they have a great breakfast we will be staying here again

My complaint would be with not being able to receive my hotel points since I booked with Orbitz. I won’t do that again!

The staff were very nice and accommodating. The rooms were clean, comfy, and we'll stocked.

Reasonable hotel for the charge. We do have one complaint; the water temperature of the shower does not stay constant, going from hot to cold to hot, probably depending on how many people are using hot water at the same time.

First, the staff when checking in was very rude and short to us. Second, there is not enough parking. There are about 15 parking spaces in the lot and if you don't get one you are out of luck. We stayed here for the Disney Superheroes Run and we had to get up at 3:30 in the morning, so of course we went to bed early. At 9:30 p.m. both night we stayed, I was awoken by the loudest explosion I have ever heard in my life! I literally thought we were in a war zone! They set the Disneyland fireworks off at 9:30 RIGHT behind the hotel. It was so loud it was setting car alarms off in the parking lot, one of which was not shut off for almost an hour. Not exactly a restful experience. Also, it was not as close to the start of the race or to the park as it looks like on the map. The breakfast in the morning, however, was exceptional. The pool was heated and it was nice to go for a swim after the half marathon. I don't think I got my money's worth though, and I wouldn't stay here again.

My granddaughter summed it up in one word - GRIMEY. They are apparently repainting but ... what this property needs is to be torn down and rebuilt. There are about 1/3 the parking spots required. There is construction equipment parked in 2-3 of the scare spots and left idle over a weekend. They were painting the pool fence on a sunny, beautiful afternoon and declared the pool closed-I questioned that and (after we went to another location) stopped painting at the edge of the gate ... never actually closing the pool. There were 3 of us in the room, each day we were given 3 towels, 3 hand towels and 1 washcloth. I was able to get 3 washcloths upon request. The next day, back to 1x again ...? I am a former frequent business traveler (Marriott, Hilton and now BW) memberships. I am concerned that this "grimey" property is carrying the BW logo and does not measure up to the standards set by other BW and BW+ properties. I think someone from Corporate ought to pay them a visit and have a look around.

Very convenient to get to Disneyland. Just walk a little bit and take the tram.

Staff was really friendly and helpful. Great walking distance to tram. my only complaint is the parking. We're all crammed into a small area. Alittle out dated but I still liked it.

Room was clean. Great location distance to Disney. Standard continental breakfast. We didn't spend any extra time in the hotel, besides sleep, shower and go- to the happiest place on earth! I definitely recommend this hotel for the price.

We walked to the Disney shuttle which makes this a steal of a deal.

Very comfy room great price for a double bed room. Comfortable beds lots of space. Really close to Disneyland about a 20-25min walk depending how fast you are walking. Also offers a $5 shuttle straight to there. Free breakfast in the morning ran late my second day n made it with ten minutes to spare and everything was still fully stocked.

Our room was not ready on time, and the staff were not nice people.

It great for what it is...an affordable hotel close to Disney. The rooms were clean, the staff were super nice. The walk to Disney is a little longer then i wanted, but its manageable. I would stay there again.
