We had to wait past 3:00 to access our room , the staff were deeply apologetic .We had a suite: the couch in the living area was fairly worn out and rather uncomfortable for viewing television; the staff were always friendly and the common areas were always clean despite the high foot traffic. If we come back to Bethlehem, I will book again at this location.

The grounds and hotel are nice, the suite was great for our family but some of the stuff is broken and outdated.the faucets were hanging off of the sinks moving and the hot water in shower did not work.

Our room was dimly lit and smelled like a wet dog. I asked to be on a higher floor and was on floor 1. There were cars with their high beams on and loud music outside my bedroom window, which made me feel very unsafe and I could not sleep. Do not recommend.

The pool was closed, which was why i had chosen this hotel, i we didn't find out til we tried to get in. But the room was clean, the staff was very friendly and helpful, and the breakfast selection was great!

Check-in was a nightmare!!! Kept getting denied 4 cards!!! Called all banks and they didn’t have ANY CHARGES TO DENY!!! Then we had our daughter call and use her credit card with different name and was denied!!! NOT POSSIBLE!!! Clerk “Kenzie” was horrible and said we could bring cash but not willing to give us receipt! Finally talked to manager and he said they could print a receipt AFTER 3 HOURS WE FINALLY GOT A ROOM! AC SMELLED LIKE ON FIRE. Checked out next morning and went to comfort inn. We were emotionally and physically abused by hotel after sitting all day in hospital with a dying relative! We should be REFUNDED IN FULL BY THE HOTEL AND WILL BE PURSUING THAT!!! It had something to do with the reservation system or hotel because our credit cards work everywhere else!!! This was an absolute nightmare!!!

The room was s perfect way to doend 5 dsys at the end of our 2 week road trip. Wegmans was diwn the tiad and we were able to make simple meals in our suite. We had z freezer and fridge and microwave. The rooms were large and roomy, very clean and thd frre breakfast had many choices.

The breakfast selection was great, loved the small cheese omelets and roasted potatoes. I was disappointed that the pool did not work during my entire stay. My room was clean, loved the design of the walk-in shower. However, the table lamp had an old, yellowed, cracked lamp shade. Should be an easy fix.
