The room was not friendly. No place to set luggage for accessibility. No waste containers. Nice bathroom but the main room was cramped. Very noisy place. Shelf over toilet was a multi-time head knocker. Food availability very limited and expensive. Do not recommend staying in Old Town Albuquerque.

The Arrive was well apportioned: room, pool, restaurant, bar etc. The problem was the constant loud music from downstairs way past 10 pm and the surrounding area: too many cars/trucks revving their engines; sirens and someone screaming until the police showed up.

Great renovated old motel!! Super styley decor, great pool, the restaurant downstairs was killer for hotel eats. Room was roomy and comfy, bed was GREAT. Great stay.

Loved the retro vibe and since the hotel is relatively new, it didn't feel like the place was run down, which great. Staff were nice, even at 4am when I went to use the gym. Gym was small yet functional. Grown Alchemist products in the room were a nice touch. In room steamer for clothes were a lifesaver. Didn't touch the mini bar because $13 bottle water is laughable. Went to the market to buy snacks for the room instead. The price isn't justified when other amenities like coffee are severely lacking. The biggest letdown is the lack of hot water for tea/coffee in the room and lobby. Java Joe's is in walking distance and the restaurant within the hotel that opens at 7am has coffee and tea. I will not return here nor recommend to others based on this alone.

I was very disappointed with my stay. The noise level at night was extremely loud, making it hard to get any sleep. On top of that, the location was terrible—definitely not what I expected or hoped for. I wouldn’t recommend this hotel if you're looking for a peaceful and convenient place to stay.

The hotel itself was great and had a great valet and on site security. However, Albuquerque has a horrible homeless situation and they were constantly surround the area. They were also everywhere in this town. I blame the entire city for this. Also, all night long these little "cabron" thugs kept driving up and down Central in their loud trucks - and I mean all night- from 8:00 pm to 4:00 am. I also blame the city for this. Were I a aptrol officer, I would have written 100 ticket just on Wednesday night. I will never return to this town. It is a lost cause. The hotel was certainly a diamond in a pile of rocks.
