The room was not friendly. No place to set luggage for accessibility. No waste containers. Nice bathroom but the main room was cramped. Very noisy place. Shelf over toilet was a multi-time head knocker. Food availability very limited and expensive. Do not recommend staying in Old Town Albuquerque.

The Arrive was well apportioned: room, pool, restaurant, bar etc. The problem was the constant loud music from downstairs way past 10 pm and the surrounding area: too many cars/trucks revving their engines; sirens and someone screaming until the police showed up.

I’m just going to put the cons since they would have been helpful to me when choosing this hotel. They put an $100/day hold on your credit card, encourage you to use the text feature to ask for anything you might need, however, the information received via text was VERY different than the information received when asking the front desk. Our room, although clean, was missing a few things. Examples: the complimentary toiletries that are affixed to the shower wall? We got 2 conditioner bottles but no shampoo or body wash? Also, there was no flat sheet between the duvet cover and fitted sheet. That just kind of grossed me out considering who knows if they switch out the duvet covers? There is a nightly car “show” on central that includes cars revving their engines until around 1 am every single night. It also closes down the round about to get to the hotel during these events which added about 15 minutes of trying to get past the closed streets and find a back way into the hotel. The area is very walkable, however we encountered unhoused/unstable people on two outings where we witnessed these individuals trying to break into cars and causing damage. After that, we didn’t walk anywhere for safety reasons. There is ONLY concierge parking which is NOT affiliated with the hotel, so you can’t use that hold the hotel takes to pay for it, it’s additional. There are parking meters for $1/hr but at 2 hours max.

Nice place but....

Saturday and Sunday nights there were cars cruising outside on the street. Very noisy with no mufflers and extremely loud music. Went on for hours after we went to bed. Otherwise the place was very good. Staff was very helpful. The valet service was excellent and very timely. Also reasonably priced. The restaurant/bar was convenient. Good drinks but very limited menu. Room was clean. Don't think I'll stay there again because of the cruising.

Found dirty used glasses under the bed along with some trash. Not sure if the staff were having a bad day but they didn’t seem too happy to help. The room we were in didn’t capture any natural light as we were behind other rooms but would have been nice to know. Couldn’t move rooms since they were sold out but would have been nice to get a little love during our anniversary trip. Other than that, great location, and very walkable.

It was a beautiful property. We had a nice, stylish room. Pool was gorgeous, too. Really wish they would’ve provided literally any free bee like coffee or two water bottles…. It was upsetting that everything was so pricy for the price we paid.

Good, not great.

The first encounter with the valet was chaotic. The front desk clerk was efficient, but not particularly engaging. The elevators needed a good vacuuming. There was a carpet under the bed that looked very nice, but a corner of it kept popping up, presenting a tripping hazard. You could see that they tried various tape methods to keep it down, but it wasn't working. The bathroom was very roomy and clean.
