Another visit to this beautiful property in downtown Albuquerque close to all the action. We were in town for the Balloon Fiesta so there was a lot going on, but sleeping in the comfortable bed and the cozy room definitely helped us rest and recharge. We loved the drinks at the DWTNR Cocktail Bar & Lounge and were pleasantly surprised with the Farmer's Market right outside the front doors on Saturday morning. The staff was friendly and super helpful and we can't wait to stay here again.

Room was comfortable. Shower had hot water and plenty of pressure. Staff was absolutely amazing. The front door was always opened for us by the valet and we wer always greeted with a friendly "welcome back!" The street is a bit noisy, with car crusers but that's part of the charm and it did quiet down after 10-11 pm.

The room was not friendly. No place to set luggage for accessibility. No waste containers. Nice bathroom but the main room was cramped. Very noisy place. Shelf over toilet was a multi-time head knocker. Food availability very limited and expensive. Do not recommend staying in Old Town Albuquerque.

Many things I liked about ARRIVE Albuquerque and some I didn't like. There was no way to make coffee or tea in the room. Just buy some electric tea kettles that turns itself off when it boils, some teabags and Via or something like that. Easy peasy and not expensive. Some of the staff was wonderful and all the valets were very nice. One desk person was obviously dismissive of questions about local stores etc. There was no need to be rude. Please assign someone to make up a list/map of the area and hand it out with a smile when a patron asks for help finding a store or whatever. Not everyone likes to use their phone for everything. Local knowledge is important.

The staff was great but the noise from the downstairs pool and restaurant was awful. Blows my mind how they can think playing music that loud at a hotel is appropriate. And would it kill them to include any information at all about the hotel or the surrounding area in the rooms?

Super cute hotel, great service. The only downside is breakfast definitely gave me food poisoning. Also: hash browns and eggs are not chilaquiles, and carrot salsa isn’t a thing…for obvious reasons.

Property was nice and clean. However do be warned there is no parking. You have to park on the street with a lot of homeless. You have to do the valet if you want your car to be safe. $25 a day. Not horrible but they need to invest in a parking lot for the patrons. They would not let me park my Tesla in the gated area of valet because I did not have the physical key.

Beautiful rooms, wonderful staff (seriously the sweetest), and a really good location. The only thing I was surprised about was the valet parking or you can find street parking. I did go with valet and they did a great job, but I just wasn’t expecting it.

The onsite restaurant was great, the location was convenient. And the Route 66 motel was restored nicely. I wasn’t aware there was only valet parking, but it was fine. It did take a little longer than expected for them to have our room ready. For the price (i was there on business travel during the balloon fiesta) the property was awesome. I would stay there again for sure! Staff was friendly and accomodating.

This place was awesome. Sure you’re on central ave (the spot to avoid in DT ABQ), but you’re right next to the best brewery around and security is great. Staff were super nice and place was clean. Definitely pay for the valet if you don’t want your car broken into.
