The room was not friendly. No place to set luggage for accessibility. No waste containers. Nice bathroom but the main room was cramped. Very noisy place. Shelf over toilet was a multi-time head knocker. Food availability very limited and expensive. Do not recommend staying in Old Town Albuquerque.

The Arrive was well apportioned: room, pool, restaurant, bar etc. The problem was the constant loud music from downstairs way past 10 pm and the surrounding area: too many cars/trucks revving their engines; sirens and someone screaming until the police showed up.

The staff was friendly and valet service was speedy. There were no convenient stores in the area and a bottle of water in the room was $13. For a pretty pricey hotel, I was surprised water wasn’t included.

Lovely room. Didnt like the car noises outside at night though. When we mentioned all the car reving/racing sounds the people at the front desk said that it was the location of being on route 66 and the culture.

Premises and rooms are clean. Beds are very comfortable. Size of room was fine, but insufficient closet or dresser space. Bathroom was modern; shower was excellent. I get that mini-bar prices are always high, but $12 for a bottle of water, albeit large, seemed excessive. But fine service all around. Well worth the charge.

I was beyond impressed by this hotel. The retro midcentury modern decor so beautifully designed and executed. The staff from valet to front desk to the servers was amazing! Everyone was so polite and eager to make this the best stay. The beds are very comfortable. The room is a perfect size for 1 to 2 guests. The property is located in the heart of downtown, so you can walk to a lot of restaurants, coffee shops and etc within a few minutes. I can’t wait to visit again and stay here again, it really made my first visit to ABQ so special!

First the room was not ready when we arrived at 5:30. Did not realize that this was a valet only parking, $25 a night plus tips to valet driver every time you want to go places. The room had a wooden bed frame that stuck out from the mattress. Toes and shins crashed into all the time when you came out of the bathroom. The bathroom door was a barn door. It was very hard to slide open can easily break fingernails. The shower has only a half glass door and when the shower is on it splashes out onto the floor. Wasn’t happy staying there!

Everything was clean and the staff was friendly and attentive. Overall we had a GREAT experience. The only two minor, very minor, complaints we had were for the maid service and general late night loudness. The maid service was practically non- existent so we had to request fresh towels every day, often multiple times before a fresh set was delivered. The neighborhood was convenient to everything but the night club music played very late into the night and could be heard from every room of the hotel. The hotel does however provide ear plugs.

Street noise is LOUD. Boys in loud cars and trucks circle the area until 3am. Especially bad on Friday nights. Hotel.com over charged me for the room and the hotel charged me again when I “arrived”. In all charge close to $400 per night for a stuffy room and $13 bottled water no coffee. The hotel charges $100 per night on a normal week night. I’m unhappy. The hotel did refund me $150, but that doesn’t make this good. The toilet seat was not right when we checked in—you know you sit on the pit and it goes off to the right or left?? They did fix that for me, so that was nice of them.
