The room was not friendly. No place to set luggage for accessibility. No waste containers. Nice bathroom but the main room was cramped. Very noisy place. Shelf over toilet was a multi-time head knocker. Food availability very limited and expensive. Do not recommend staying in Old Town Albuquerque.

The Arrive was well apportioned: room, pool, restaurant, bar etc. The problem was the constant loud music from downstairs way past 10 pm and the surrounding area: too many cars/trucks revving their engines; sirens and someone screaming until the police showed up.

Loved the retro vibe and since the hotel is relatively new, it didn't feel like the place was run down, which great. Staff were nice, even at 4am when I went to use the gym. Gym was small yet functional. Grown Alchemist products in the room were a nice touch. In room steamer for clothes were a lifesaver. Didn't touch the mini bar because $13 bottle water is laughable. Went to the market to buy snacks for the room instead. The price isn't justified when other amenities like coffee are severely lacking. The biggest letdown is the lack of hot water for tea/coffee in the room and lobby. Java Joe's is in walking distance and the restaurant within the hotel that opens at 7am has coffee and tea. I will not return here nor recommend to others based on this alone.

everything about this place was fabulous! Every single person on the staff was friendly and went out of their way to be helpful. They even brought a bed and bowls for my dog to the room! The minibar selection was just right! the pool was great. the restaurant delicious. The vibe was awesome. highly recommend! Watch out for the sharp corners on the platform beds, though… Lol

They will steal your money

Everything seemed fine but after my stay there was an extra charge on my credit card that I had to call the bank to dispute. They sent a receipt saying it was for the first night's taxes and fees, but it was more than the taxes were supposed to be for three nights total. There was also an overcharge in the restaurant via them changing the tip amount. The location was good, but the parking situation was bad/expensive and then with all the overcharging, I'll never stay there again.

Retro 70s makeover!

When we come to New Mexico we always prefer to stay in Santa Fe, its just so beautiful. We love the high dessert, but if we stay a night in Albuquerque we love Chaco Hotel but this was our first time trying Arrive. I like the retro 70s theme redo. The area is a little sketchy but i do like how its close to farmers market on saturdays. Prefer the santa fe market better but this one is nice. The beds were too soft and gym too small. We had a fine time though and it was a good experience for our first time.

Pros: Nice room. Friendly staff. Good Bed. Everything clean. Awesome market on Saturday across the street. Good food options close by. Cons: No microwave and refrigerator packed with mini bar items. Street outside is Loud. Definitely will need earplugs. There was a lowrider event on a Sunday night that lasted until 1. Was cool to see but very loud. Other nights were very loud as well. Also need to keep your head on a swivel when walking around area.
