The room was not friendly. No place to set luggage for accessibility. No waste containers. Nice bathroom but the main room was cramped. Very noisy place. Shelf over toilet was a multi-time head knocker. Food availability very limited and expensive. Do not recommend staying in Old Town Albuquerque.

The Arrive was well apportioned: room, pool, restaurant, bar etc. The problem was the constant loud music from downstairs way past 10 pm and the surrounding area: too many cars/trucks revving their engines; sirens and someone screaming until the police showed up.

On checking in I scheduled to have my room cleaned after our second night. We were gone all day and the room wasn’t cleaned and trash was never emptied. By the time we returned it was too late to have it cleaned. The valet system is all via the internet and tipping was difficult unless I downloaded card info to another website and I don’t want to do that. The property looked good on the Expedia website but doesn’t explain that all interactions are electronic.

Noise control terrible. Apparently street riders are a thing of today. I did that in the80’s. Also police officers obviously don’t care about the community. Bar closes at 10 pm on a Saturday. Disappointed. Came for the 500 hot air balloons to see 12. Never coming back. Free parking on the street while homeless Rome the streets. No free parking. It’s $25 to park

The hotel has a great style, rooms are comfortable and upscale. Location is conveniently located downtown and on Saturday’s there is a fun farmer’s market across the street. I didn’t try the restaurant, but it was always busy and looked nice. Staff are very friendly and helpful.

Balloon Fiesta!

WOW! Pet friendly all the way!!! They brought our dog a bed< a dish, AND a squeaky toy! oh and of course , treats! This place was awesome! Staff was exceptional...friendly, opening doors, always greeting us, checking in to see if we needed anything.... (there was only 1 staff person unfriendly...we just ignored her). Cool vibe rooms, with a refrigerator!, great location,....the only thing I wish they offered was in room coffee. We had to pay for our morning coffee. But whatever.... no complaints. We were here for Balloon Fiesta and this place was hopping! And we still got that great service. Will stay here again!

We came for the balloon festival. The hotel was centrally located and charming. The staff was great and the pool was beautiful. The beds were very comfortable. Our criticisms are as follows; the neighborhood is sketchy and pretty deserted, a lot of homeless people. There is no cable TV, There is no coffee set up in the rooms for guests to enjoy in the morning. The coffee they served downstairs is for sale not complementary.

The hotel is cute and clean. However, the area where it is located is very loud. The DJ plays till 10, which can be heard in every room. Then there are vendors in the breezeway next to the hotel that blast music till 2-3am. There were drag racers up and down the streets with loud cars, also blasting music at all hours. Our room faced the pool and we heard everything. Other family members rooms faced the park and had the same experience. None of us got any sleep either night. I mentioned the noise to the guy at the front desk and yell he just said “yeah..” We were in town for the hot air balloon fiesta, so not sleeping and getting up at 4am, made those days less fun. We spent a lot to stay here and it was pretty disappointing.
