The room was in great shape; clean, organized & easy to reach. The staff was very friendly and helpful. I appreciate it very much getting a little gift bag with much needed water bottles. It is quite easy access to the magnolias and the Dr pepper factory. I really enjoyed my stay here. Thanks again ...

Obvious remodel in progress. Elevator was stuck, and slow. Made strange noises when approaching floor 2. Had lots of pillows. Employees were great. Quiet, for the most part.

Some services within the hotel were in disrepair (ex elevator, ice machine). The breakfast was exceptional and both kitchen attendants warm and friendly. Room was overly dark. Sink bump out made it hard to use. The bed was very comfortable.

Room was very clean. Even around the tub area. All the staff I had contact with were wonderful. Second year I’ve stayed at this location and for next year’s event I will stay here again!

Hotel renovations will be really nice. The breakfast was very subpar. No fruit, no oatmeal, and the eggs looked pitiful. You can do much better.

The ladies are the front desk are super sweet and nice. The hotel isn’t fancy but it’s decent, clean, and in a safe location. I think it was very good for the price and I would definitely stay here again.

Room was clean. Easy and fast check in. Great location and close to food and shopping. Refrigerator was nice and cold. Will stay again. Only 2 pillows for each bed. We did not ask if more were available.

Friendly owners easy check in and out. Nice sized property with ample parking, quiet no one bothers you and spacious rooms with amenities for a great price. Perfect location nearby shopping and restaurants and walking distance for both.
