The room was great. They are remodeling and so the lobby and grounds were in the remodeling mode

Bed was uncomfortable

The price was right. Stayed one night. $97.00 Although I paid for breakfast which was $34.00 on top of the $97.00. As we walked into the lobby there was a sign that said breakfast from 6:00-10:30. The staff was extremely friendly and the the breakfast and all day coffee and water service were top notch. Highly recommend this hotel.

Pool was closed both days we were there due to painting the walls. We were told the first day it would be opened back up by evening and it never did while we were there.

James was the best out of all the workers, the female manger was not very friendly. We had to move rooms due to the fridge not working but James made sure we were taken care of and always had a smile on his face. The hotel is promoted as newly modernized and well-managed, but that was not my experience. The beds were some of the worst I have ever slept on. They were extremely uncomfortable and made it difficult to get a good night's sleep. Because of this, I would not return or recommend staying here.

Large clean room, check in was fast and staff friendly.

We could not cool the room down, even setting it on 67. One gentlemen before us had to change rooms due to his room was not cooling. Poor amenities. Likely not stay again.

We didn't like anything about the room, it was an old property that was poorly upgraded, we had water damage above the shower, the the floors in the bathroom have yuk in the corners, the shower leaks in the floor. The room is basic and clean. It's near Cottonwood Creek golf course. Restaurants are nearby and easy access to hi way 35. No thrills just convenient and clean room.
