Older property that is being updated. It is getting new paint, bedding abd furnishings.,it is clean and comfy, not luxury. We were happy with it for the price. Also good repair work and painting going on outside.

For the price, this is one of the better hotels to stay at in Waco. Will definitely stay here again in the future. The man at the desk is very friendly and professional
