This is a 3 bed, 2 bath house that is newly renovated. There is an open concept for the kitchen, living, and dining room areas.

You will have access to the whole house and the back patio. There is also a small yard so you can relax and enjoy the sounds of the city.

This is an established neighborhood a few blocks from a local middle school. The neighborhood is quiet and friendly to visitors. The off-street parking ensure safety and security of your vehicles. The property is also located close to a couple of roads that quickly get you around town.

If Magnolia Silo`s are of interest to you, it a quick 3 minute drive through the neighborhood to arrive at your destination. If Baylor is your interest, you will be about 3 minuets from the campus. The layout was great! Location was convenient, but very loud. There was a lot of road noise that was disruptive all hours of the night. Host was very responsive regarding issues, but unfortunately something that we were unaware of was how loud the road noise would be.

A gem!

The property was immaculate and just as described. The host provided some cookware we had requested since we were cooking for 8 twice a day. It was a quiet, pleasant neighborhood. We visited the Maybourne, the Dr. Pepper Museum, the sculpture gardens, several coffee shops, etc. and we never had more than a five minute drive. We came home each afternoon so the “littles” could take a nap and it was so easy to ru back to town and continue our pur adventures. We would definitely stay here again!

Staying with family for brothers wedding in Waco

Our stay was great! The house was clean, and very comfortable! The only thing that lacked was cooking ware. The kids had a great time and enjoyed the bunk room. And we would definitely stay again at the home!
