Best location if you want to walk & spend time on Pearl Street & has dining/bar options right onsite. Staff was friendly & check in/out was very easy & quick. The decor & historic preservation of the building makes it fun to stay at. Will definitely be coming back!

Love this place!

Hotel is clean, comfortable, modern, and has nice amenities. Outdoor deck on 4th and 5th floors with view of the Flatiron Mountains. Coffee shop within walking distance as well as grocery store. Short, easy drive to Pearl Street Mall (or bus available). A great place to stay in Boulder!

Clean. Yes! Fancy: No. But great effort at making it nice! A/C effective: Yes! Bed comfort: Yes! Safe: Yes Convenient to nightlife: Yes, and no noise. Facilities: More than I needed, but enticing - hot tub, weight room, etc.

This location is pet, friendly, and encourages patrons to spend time outside of their lovely little areas. We can sit outside and have coffee or a glass of wine. Breakfast service was excellent. Property was well maintained, and it is in an awesome area of the city.

Love this place for its location. Just 10 minutes to the heart of Boulder but the property feels as if you are deep in the mountains. I love how they used the "if it ain't broke" mentality when renovating this property.

Not the best, not the worst. Very average. Beautiful area around the hotel, though. And convenient if you don’t have a car.

This hotel is super convenient! The room is spacious and clean, and the staff are really friendly and helpful. Oh, and guess what? Your furry friends are welcome too!

Clean room. Unpretentious. Tucked on the outskirts of a neighborhood. Walking trails abound.

The hotel was very nice. Our room, although a bit dark had a sitting area with a couch (probably a hide a bed) , cocktail Table and a lamp. There was a small kitchenette with a refrigerator sink, and coffee station. The Bed was a wonderful King size, linens were very comfortable and of course included ...

This is an older property, that could use some TLC. The front desk was so friendly

I didn’t like the housekeeping when it came to cleaning the room. Asked twice forgot me twice. Other then that ok

casino was fun, lots of machines to chose from. rewards and cashier personnel were helpful and friendly.

Property is quite old and the quality of the breakfast is very subpar for>$200/night. Front desk were friendly and welcoming. Unfortunately, they allow smoking in the courtyard ( within a short distance from the common area) which is a huge turn off.

Food locations are pricey for just basic items. Overall place is nice and clean.

I stayed here for 8 days for a family emergency. This is a no frills hotel. However, everything was excellent. The room was large, quiet every night and the staff is very friendly. I would highly recommend.

Breakfast area was a little small but overall a good experience
