Quiet and relaxing place to stay in Colorado. We came from Arizona and liked it.

Very friendly and helpful staff. They called me on the day of my check-in to make sure we would be able to get in after hours! Quiet residential setting with easy access to great walking/running trails. Breakfast was no frills but well stocked with the basics. No hesitation to stay there whenever we are in Boulder.

I experienced the best customer services I have ever had staying at a hotel in the Boulder Twin Lakes Inn. The front desk staff were welcoming and opened the kitchen to ensure I had a balanced breakfast for the next morning before my half marathon, and then the next day, they allowed me to come back and shower after the race. I was blown away by the kindness, helpfulness, and service there!
Pets and service animals have to pay a animal fee $20 per night. Service animals shouldn’t be charged a fee.

The Twin Lakes is fine for the price paid, old rooms, old carpet, pre-packaged breakfast, it'll do.
No available staff after 7PM! (self check in). Feels more like a 70's, youth hostel than anything else i can describe. Bed was fine....if all you need is a place to crash...ok. otherwise recommend you look further.

Orbitz screwed up the reservation and the hotel said they were never notified of our reservation. They were fully booked so we had to go to another hotel. Total inconvenience and we had to pay more because we were last minute guests. Orbitz needs to get its act together.
This place isn't fancy, but it was perfect for me. They had some rooms under construction while I was there, but that was not a problem. Staff was very nice, room was great, price is very affordable. I loved it.
