Very nice hotel and staff. It was clean as well. I dont think it’s right to have to pay for parking ramp. Breakfast was very nice!

This was a great place to stay in Boulder - near things but not in the middle of everything. The safe was exceptional when the heat outside reached record numbers they made sure we and our small children were comfortable and had water.

Power Outage

The power went out at 12:30am and did not come back on until 6:30am when I had to get ready for the airport. In addition, the repairs seemed to be taking place right outside my room. No one mentioned it when I dragged myself to the front desk to check out?? For almost $300 this was unacceptable.

All in all the stay was mid (5 days). We had to pay $4 per bottle of water because we were not Hyatt members? Our room had no microwave which I found strange, it’s $25/night to park in their covered garage, otherwise you have to park on the street and possibly get towed or ticketed at 7am. You have to request house keeping here to get it, we asked twice and no one ever showed up. The power for the entire hotel also went out for about 6 hours, from about midnight to 6:30am.

There is only one washer and dryer so the line to do laundry was very long. On the day I checked in, my tv remote was not working so I had to call for service. Maid service is by request only, so on my last full day there I requested service at 11am and said I was leaving for the day. When I came back to my room that evening, the room had not been touched. I needed soap, clean towels and the trash to be emptied since that was my 3rd day there. I went to the front desk and he did send someone to bring fresh towels and remove trash, but it was unfortunate it couldn't have been done as requested. There are better places to stay in Boulder, this is not it.
