When I checked in the front desk clerk said I owed for the room. I had a receipt from Expedia that showed I paid via Expedia onekey cash and had a zero balance. They insisted I still owed $320.70. I contacted Hilton and they contacted the front desk and told them I owed nothing. Took me 30 minutes to get resolved due to an ignorant / untrained front desk clerk. Total incompetence by the front desk clerk.

Our room was extremely spacious. The bed was very comfortable. Nice quality bedding. Bath products and water pressure were great. There is a free shuttle as needed from 9:00 am to 9:00 pm which was very handy since the hotel is about 15-20 min from CU Boulder’s campus. Complimentary breakfast with lots to choose from and parking is free. We’d definitely stay again.
