This hotel had a great location for walkability with the university campus however, area is a little seedy. The hotel looks like it was built in 1967 and all the furnishings are original. Pretty odd set-up.

The entire interior of hotel is wrought with secondhand smoke. The odor was unbearable beyond any point of reasonable standards. Demand REFUND for vacating to find breathable air. Paid 2 nights stay in full😣

The pictures looked best than the actual room. The floor needed to be vacuumed and the room seemed like it hadn't been dusted in weeks. The only good thing was the water was hot.
Ok this is obviously a very old hotel, but cmon people it’s charming and the staff was terrific. Beautiful historic building, albeit a little rundown...but at the price point offered this place is way, way nicer than most hotels in this price range.
The room was sufficient, however the sink in the bathroom leaked and there were holes in carpet. It is a dated hotel, but the price was reflective of the condition.

The place is "cozy" and clean but needs a serious upgrade. My last night there, the city shut the water off to do some scheduled repair. No water! Not the hotel's fault but I think I would not have stayed there had I known.

Stayed for the IM Boulder 70.3 race. This hotel is only 15 minutes away so it was perfect. In addition, there was a grocery store within walking distance so I was able to pick up some healthy supplies. If you wanted to shop there are plenty of options within a 10 minute drive. Location is perfect. Best amenity within the hotel is the gym; it offers free weights and all the aerobic equipment you would need.
