This condo was a perfect location for our stay with a 10 min bike ride to pearl street, walking distance to the Safeway grocery store and short drives elsewhere. It is a little noisy on the corner of Folsom and Iris at the light but when we were staying there the window units were normally running covering up the traffic noise. While our stay overall was generally great the condo did feel heavily used. It would really benefit from a deep clean (fridge/baseboards/carpets). Lots of scratches, stains, wear marks that made it feel a little rundown. I also brought some of my own kitchen items to cooks with and was happy I did looking at the quality and cleanliness of some of the appliances.
