I initially was disappointed by the room I was assigned with a low toilet; when approached the girl at the front desk, she said all rooms are like that and none have support bars. But later that evening, I met Traverse who was at the desk, and he assigned me a different room, which made my stay very comfortable. I give him a Gold Star.

The policy of housekeeping every other day is not the best, although when we got it the service was good. We were charged for parking daily but not informed about it until the end. Breakfast there is very good.

We got the last room for the night. The room that we got was laid out weird. The toilet and shower were in a huge corner area but the toilet was not chair height and it just felt awkward and close for being a big area.
