Great property conveniently located with very friendly staff. Fire pit, hot tub and sauna plus game room. The rooms are a bit older but totally fine. They also allowed us to check in early as a courtesy after flying for 17 hours been coming to Boulder for six years first time I stayed here definitely the best choice. John at the front desk is super cool.

The property was pretty unique with its wooden bedside table and wooden TV table. We didn't have an opportunity to enjoy more of it's facilities though (checked in late due to flight delay and check-out eary). I wish it had: - no carpet, wood floor like its furniture. - better coffee cup cover in the lobby, it didn't fit the cup and burned my hand.

I really enjoyed my one night stay! Check in went well, was able to drop luggage in room, and then go down for a glass of wine, enjoyed the outdoor seating, perfect for some family time, they have games and puzzles and a rock wall, jacuzzi and sauna! Complimentary coffee in the morning! John was very pleasant to chat with! Would stay there again!

Fun place! Some maintenance needed, perhaps.

The nicely renovated motel was fun and comfortable. The shower was great, and I liked the sitting area. Our unit had some maintenance issues, like a missing toilet paper holder and sink that needed attention, in addition to lack of amenities (housekeeping issues). The people at the front desk were nice, they had nice merch, and they make it a lot of fun with complementary coffee, cookies, and smores by the fire at night. There’s a jacuzzi, climbing wall, and laundry as well. The whole place was clean, and I would def stay there again but let the front desk know of things needing attention much sooner.
