Nice short on time flight.
Do not understand the big difference between basic economy and economy plus. It is very tiring to have to deal with all the segregation. After all it is a seat on the same plane going to the same place. Why so many price variations.
6 hours of delays for 4 hour of air time - horrible on time -
The seats on this shirt flight were at least normal recline before pushing the recline button. Unlike the first flight where you had to sit totally strait up and the seats did not recline.
Seats to small
My luggage was lost. But it got delivered later that night.
Will fly in and out of this airport from now on to avoid O'Hare......!!!!!!!
Flight interruptions need to be communicated not just pontificated after the fact
Had to buy amy own bus ticket because Chicago to Milwaukee flight was cancelled. No reason given. No assistance or options. No refund for this portion of trip, even though they still had the flight available online for ticket purchase.
Significant delays, sat on the plane for hours
This flight was canceled due to weather. However, many other United flights were landing at the time and other airlines had flights departing and landing. United offered us seats on a flight 24 hours later, however, our destination was only 2 hours away. We needed up driving and experience no weather that should have grounded our United flight.
Never got on this flight because earlier flight delayed by 3hrs. caused me to miss this flight and then have to get a ride by car the rest of the trip!
