Overall, public areas were not clean. Staff was not always at the front desk. Rooms were not clean; carpet not vacuumed. Tomato sauce on lamp; toilet flushed slow and was told they had no plunger and when they got one, I had to plunge toilet myself because they have no maintenance staff on Sunday. Definitely could tell this hotel was independently owned.

unfortunately my stay was not pleasant at all. I travelled with a child on the autism spectrum and through him I found there was a roach on the sink. In fear of him grabbing it and possibly putting in his mouth I only stayed one night. Advertised there was breakfast included, no breakfast included. The dresser drawer was broken. I stayed the night but left early next morning. I asked for paper plate or utensils they had NONE.

The chain lock was broken in our first room, so we asked for another room and that chain was not long enough, so both of our rooms didn’t feel as safe. There was a weird smell in our second room, shower head was dirty, and AC unit was so dirty.

Clean and comfortable

Room was clean and comfortable. Met my needs for my trip for the price. Wuold give a 5 but the continental breakfast was a packaged muffin(good), a cold fruit yogurt cup and a warm fruit drink in a paper bag. But Ill stay here again.

Throwback Stay

If you are just staying for one night and then heading to the airport the next day, then this place is fine for that (do not expect a shuttle for this either). However, I stayed a whole weekend and it wasn't pleasant. The hotel overall could use some updates especially in comparison to it's neighboring hotels. The bed was extra soft (it almost felt like a waterbed). I did appreciate there not being any carpet in the room (even though there's carpet in the hallways-which DESPERATELY needs removal). The smoke detectors/carbon monoxide devices needed updating (mines was literally hanging from the ceiling-I get a picture). There also was not a sensible reason as to why they have a "Continental Breakfast" sitting area but they do brown bag breakfast-that's a waste of space. Not sure why there isn't any central air throughout the hotel- "lobby" area has the same in wall units as the rooms and there isn't any air flowing in the hallways aside from the hot air from outside as a window was open. The water pressure and temperature was decent. The mini-refrigerator froze anything that was in there even on the "normal" setting-possibly because the refrigerators are very old. There also wasn't a designated "closet" space just a random rack off in the corner of the room with a space for an iron-that I had to request from the front desk. Also, if you are desiring a late check out, good luck. They were "very" booked and couldn't do a later checkout.The TV's also could be replaced.
