At Philly airport, 1 hr and 45 min was not sufficient time to tag check bag and drop it off as there are not enough kiosks, nor personnel, to have this move efficiently. When a large crowd gathered and many lines formed, no personnel from Spirit helped to direct and decrease confusion. Once the desk was finally reached, the personnel was friendly and helpful. The pilot kindly held the plane for 7 extra minutes to allow 18 people to make the flight as they were stuck in this crowd and through security. We also arrived early, even with this delay.
