As always Delta friendly and professional .

Aug 16, 2018

Yes, I would like the designers to continue thinking about overhead storage since so many of us have chosen to travel lighter and be responsible for our own luggage. I for one have carry on luggage that had to be placed in the cargo hold due to shortage of space and the fact that I was one of the last to board or nearly so. Still, over all I am very pleased with the way Delta has made traveling for me quite easy. Thank you. Boarding and confirming my flight was a breeze for someone who considers herself tech illiterate. So, thank you.
