Flight was on time

Dec 28, 2019

One bag did not arrive on time, but customer service tracked it down and it was delivered to the door next day - great service. I flew with Delta from Detroit to Amsterdam on Dec 13th and the service was superb on that flight. I felt like flying with Delta was magical and luxurious again. We received a warm towel and a travel kit, then there was an optional welcome cocktail. While enjoying the cocktail passengers were given a menu card/program. We could choose not only the main entree but also an appetizer (the food was really good with great flavors) This was service that was fantastic and the flight attendants were so friendly. I am looking to find and reactivate my delta skymiles account - because with that service I am most certainly choosing Delta again. Thanks for bringing the magic to flying again
