Generally airlines treat customers poorly and we have no choice as a customer since there are so few airlines remaining. Given that we have little option, get stuck on planes with no legroom and are required to provide our own devices for entertainment and pay for our own food while the price of the flight only increases, I think this flight was performing at expectations. That said, my expectations are low.

This was the best flight ever. Got to Phoenix Forty Five minutes early and staffed were so 👍 however WiFi sucks especially when you’re on a Four-five hour flights.

I had a wheelchair and the gentleman that took me in my wheelchair and all of your employees all said genuine hellos to each other through the whole trip through the airport, everyone seem to be a great team and I really was impressed by that it. wasn’t just fake it was genuine everyone liking each other and it made me feel good, too
