The room was large, clean, got you normal amenities. I would have given 4-5 stars if they provided breakfast. The elevator was temporarily broken. It got fixed in no time. Staff very friendly and quick check in. over all I will stay in this hotel anytime I go to universal studios Hollywood

Slow internet, one of the car chargers was broken, the other one had a Tesla parked in it over night despite signs saying no Tesla adapters allowed. Staff didn't care. Room was fine, but not great. It has a great location for Burbank area.

Good location near airport. Make sure you only get on the Hilton LAX shuttle, not Hilton Garden Inn etc. There were a few people confused by this. They have a shop, bar, restaurant and cafe on site, though expect to be nickled and dimed. Dennys and Carls Jnr within a few mins walk.
