Room was very clean. Staff courteous. Disappointed there was no microwave in the room, but there was one available for use in the lobby. TV is small and the cable system didn’t work well…couldn’t get many channels. Appreciated night time security when I would return late at night. For the price, it wasn’t bad. I missed complimentary breakfast but there was a restaurant that was decent.

Great for families with medium budget

The pool can get crowded with a couple of families in it and grown men jumping in splashing everyone while also encouraging their kids to do the same as security guard was passing by and encouraging them to do so was not the best time and Sunday morning there were a family with kids around 8-9a in the pool as well. Just keep in mind that if you're there to relax or trying to sleep in, this will not be the place as it's mostly large families there with kids. The parking situation is a bit annoying, you need a parking pass and if you want to park inside the gated hotel there are only about 10 parking spots. Otherwise you'll have to park your car outside. Loved that there were ice machines in each floor. The elevator is small and prepare for it to be full most times you take it. The rooms are spacious and the beds are comfy. We didn't hear any of the neighbors unless they were passing through our door. The hotel is right next to the fwy entrance. And a close drive to Costco. It was clean overall and there were plenty of towels in the room and also in the pool area. The front desk staff was nice and professional. Loved that they had mini deodorants for guests to take (even though random; perhaps they've had a lot of stinky people come through jk). The price is high compared to other similar places I've stayed but it's Burbank so I'll def recommend if you have family coming into town or you're visiting & want to stay in a place with a more luxurious feel than most budget hotels.
