We were met by a very friendly desk clerk who gave us an early check in for a vry reasonable fee. The room was nice. We would definitely stay here again.

The location is within 15 mins or less from Universal Studios which was my reason for staying here. This was so convenient. The WB is literally around the corner. The rates were reasonable. The hotel lobby was very modern, clean and nice. The parking was also convenient. I felt staff in the area as well. There was a good selection of places to eat in the area. My only issue was the cleanliness of the room, the refrigerator hadn't been cleaned and there was a lot of dirt and grime inside. The microwave was also not very clean. The air conditioner/heating had this stale odor as if it hadn't been used in years. It gave the room a strong unpleasant smell. After allowing it to run while we were out, the ordor slightly cleared up. There was a chair at the desk that hadn't been cleaned in ages. There was so much food and crumbs in the chair, even after cleaning i told my son not to sit on it. Also, the couch had what appeared to be stain. Luckily I keep cleaning supplies in my car especially for hotel stays. I spent at least 30 mins cleaning before getting comfortable. But staying here has reminded me to buy a dust buster or portable vacuum cleaner. The bathroom was pretty clean. Make sure to check the towels a couple had stains. But i always bring my own just in case. Surprisingly even with this review i would stay here again.

Way to pricy for the value. Like buying a Hyundai and paying for Lexus. We travel to Universal Studios 5-6 times a year and stay either in Hilton or Sheraton at the Universal City. This time around there were no rooms available there so we chose this place randomly. Not a good experience and will not return.

Location is very convenient to Warner Bros. studio tour. We walk there in five minutes. Downfalls we had ripped bedsheets. Very warm family did not turn the air-conditioning on in common areas and the breakfast in the morning could’ve been better.

Great stay

My stay was nice. It was just a one night stay. Everything was pretty close by. We stayed for Halloween horror nights. Sinclair was walking distance so we were able to grab some snacks and drinks before heading to the park. Loved the free parking option and free breakfast.

This is the hotel we will now stay every time we come to Universal. It’s very clean. So quiet. Easy to park and free. 5 mins drive to Universal. My husband and I love the fact that it is also easy to get to restaurants just across the street, great options! Great staff at front desk. Cleaning lady not so much but great cleaning job.This is for sure our favorite place to stay at. Breakfast is just right, not my favorite but better than nothing.
